We took the highlights tour of Santorini with our wonderful tour guide Babis. Babis is a Santorini native and had a wealth of knowledge and fun facts to share during the tour. The pace was comfortable and the tour was adjusted to our interests. We got great pictures and even our teens had a good time. The tour ended with a beautiful Santorini sunset from the highest point in the island known only to the locals. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend it especially early in our trip.

This is a must-do when in Santorini. The 5-hour tour is the perfect length to see the island and not feel rushed, plus the local knowledge from our driver, Xenophón, was very interesting and helpful in guiding us through the rest of our time on the island. We especially enjoyed seeing the old village of Megalohori.

We were so lucky to get Aphrodite for our guide! She was great from beginning to end and so easy to get along with. She’s quite an expert driver/photographer and brought us to all the scenic spots, leading us to get the best views and avoiding crowds where possible. After getting to know us, she suggested an itinerary that suited us perfectly. She is also very knowledgeable about the history of the island and now we leave memories of a wonderful day out in Santorini.

While planning our trip to Greece one of my Father’s request was visiting Santorini and didn’t want me reserving a private tour. I did it anyway.
It was the best executive decision I made. This review is all due to Mr. Geórgios. Mr. Geórgios, had excellent communication. Communication made it easy, his manner, way of speaking and historical insight in Santa Irini ( yes I remember), and the patience he had with my father and care he took to make sure my mother was comfortable - simple and joyously amazing.
He made everyone feel relaxed and heard - even after the same question was asked multiple times. If we’re afforded the opportunity to return to Santorini and visit other sites - we’d 100% request a tour with Mr. Geórgios. The visit to the Monestary is one my father is still mentioning. 100% recommend.

Tour guide was amazing! He knew all the great photo spots and was extremely knowledgeable on the area. The van was so clean and comfortable to ride in. He helped us get around and order the best dishes when we ate.

Zafaris was amazing!! Kind, friendly, very accommodating. He shared great information wasn’t over bearing or pushy. Moved at our pace. Traveling with my parents who are in their 70’s and weren’t interested in far hot walking. He took us to all the beautiful places and had great food recommendations. He text early in the day and met us at the top do the tram! Wonderful day. Would recommend to everyone

We highly recommend the 5 hour tour. We spent a wonderful day seeing all the breathtaking sights from Oia to Fira to the Red Sand and Black Sand beaches. We stopped at so many picturesque locations, these will be forever in our minds.
Our expert guide, Fon, was awesome, so knowledgeable and he even took us to a delicious bakery for lunch.
We finished the day at a winery overlooking the blue Aegean Sea with a glass of wine in hand.
This tour is hands down our favourite private driver tour that we have ever taken, and we have been on many!!!
Not too be missed if you are visiting Santorini.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip with our guide Aphrodite! Excellent communication prior to the trip, her greeting us at the top of the cable cars, and throughout the tour. VA very pleasant communicator, with an upbeat personality that was not overwhelming! Excellent knowledge and insight across the entire island. Nice explanation along the drive and she knew where to go and when to avoid the crowds. This also provided some less congested photo opportunities.
We requested a nice local / authentic restaurant for lunch, and she didn’t disappoint! We were delivered to a wonderful spot right on a black sand beach called ‘Agios Georgios’. We wanted some fish, and the waitress took us to the kitchen, opened up the refrigerators, and showed us what they purchased that morning! What a fun experience! An excellent meal!
Highly recommend Aphrodite, and she was a wonderful fun guide!

By using VIATOR, we were fortunate to connect Aphrodite in the beautiful island of Santorini. Aphrodite was such a pleasure to be with, extremely knowledgeable, and filled our time with meaningful stories of life in the islands centuries ago. She also intertwined that with must see areas OE, the black sand, beaches, and a small village of locals where we toured an ancient cave house.
Aphrodite drove us all around the island where we enjoyed spectacular views and stopping at Will when we wanted to catch a photo or life in the setting we’ve arrived in.
We highly recommend Aphrodite as an exceptional guide and someone we now call our friend!

We were in Santorini for a short time and wanted a tour that would take us to all the must see sites. This tour fit the bill and then some. Kostas was an amazing tour guide and really tailored the tour to our interests. Not only did we see all the important sites but he also took us to places off the beaten path for amazing views. When we asked about local sweets and chocolates he took us to an amazing bakery only locals know about. A tour with Kostas is a must do when in Santorini.
