We had an amazing tour of Santorini. The private tour is the way to go. Our guide, Demetri, met us at the top of the cable car (our only option on this trip), making it as easy as possible. We were in Santorini in the off season and the only ship porting that day. I cannot imagine doing Santorini “in season” when as many as six ships may be porting… without a personal guide. Having grown up in Santorini, Demetri’s knowledge of the ins and outs was exceptional and made our trip as efficient as it possible could be. Highly recommended

My mom and I booked this trip for the one day we had in Santorini. Joanna and her driver picked us up from the airport (very convenient!) and dropped us off after the tour. The tour itself was wonderful! We only had a couple places we knew we wanted to see and Joanna showed us the entire island! We saw so much more than expected and it was great not having to worry about driving or parking! Joanna was very knowledgeable about the Santorini and was a delight to be around! I would highly recommend booking this tour if you are going to Greece, you won't be disappointed!

By far the best tour of our entire trip. due to winds the ship was delaying transfers. I kept the informed and they were so kind. i heard others arguing with other companies. We had no issues and got to see so much more than other people. easy to locate after tender and lift to top. If you book with this company, you will be a very happy tourist! He took us to the blue domes and tourist photo spots before crowds. then we got to go to Akrotiri, red sand beach (cliffs), and the black sand beach (beautiful) . we also got pastries. We had plenty of time and returned early. (thank goodness since lift was down due to winds) scary walk down and very slippery. We would not hesitate to return.

We did not love Santorini so much. It's pretty on one hand but on the other it's volcanic and not green. Luckily it was the end of the season and there were no crowds so it was nice to see what we had heard about for so long, but no return is planned. The guide was fine but seemed tired and there was not much to say. So it's checked off the books, as it were.

My dad who has mobility challenges and I had a great day exploring Santorini with Vasilis. He helped as much as he could with my dad getting in and out of the vehicle, and treated us like family. He understood the terrain in the city was very difficult and tried his best to help us get as close as possible to the tram car going down to port, and was always only a step away to provide an extra hand. We only had 4 hrs together but saw so much of the countryside. Lovely day.

there were 6 of us in a very small vehicle. The fan blowing in the back was so loud we couldn’t hear a word the driver said. One person in our party hit his head trying to climb in the back. It was so bad he had a terrible abrasion and great pain radiating down the side of his face. we were taken to Oia and let out on our own. Not enough time there. Then we drove and drove around the island . Was not fun. At our request our driver took us to a restaurant and we did enjoy good greek food. The price of $95 each was not equal to what we received

During your tour, you visited the places you had selected — Firostefani, Oia (where you stayed for about 2.5 hours), Red Beach, and Black Beach. At Black Beach, as you requested, Dimitris recommended a restaurant where you enjoyed authentic Greek cuisine, which you also mentioned in your review.
Please note that our fleet includes vehicles from 7 to 50 seats, and for your group of six, a 7-seater vehicle was used — perfectly suitable for this kind of private tour.
Unfortunately, the incident that occurred while boarding the vehicle after leaving Red Beach was completely unforeseen and not caused by the driver, the vehicle, or your group — it was simply an accident that can happen unexpectedly. We were glad to hear that your travel companion was fine and that you were able to continue your tour as planned.

We had a wonderful day on our private tour of the island. Our driver and guide could not have been any better. He made great suggestions as to where to stop for photos and got us to all the locations we wanted to visit and more. His suggestion for lunch was perfect and so was the food. Our tour guide Dimitris picked us up from our hotel in Fira right on time and we began our exciting and informative history of the island. We got to personalize our trip to spend more time doing what we wanted but still had time to experience all the highlights including a wine tasting at Santo Wines. We had a lovely time being driven around Santorini in a clean and comfortable car. Vasilis knows the island well and shared so much information with us. Vasilis has a great sense of humour and made the tour such fun. He drove us all over the island and showed us so many places that we wouldn’t have seen if we were by ourselves. Tio/ Theo (I am sorry if neither spelling is correct) picked us up promptly at the designated pickup location. He greeted us with a smile and comfortable ride for the day. He allowed us to mold our day into one that was most beneficial to us and what we deemed the “most important” sights on our bucket list. Although he provided autonomy during our decision making, he dropped tons of tips and ideas for what he felt would make our day even more special. From blue domes in Oia and a yummy brunch to the cliffs at the red beach he provided wonderful service and A TON of information about Santorini. “Everything comes back to the Greeks!”
We were able to make a detour out to the Heart of Santorini where he provided my husband and I with a one of a kind video that I will forever cherish. Before going to the lighthouse someone did hit us, causing a car accident. This was no fault whatsoever to Theo and he handled the situation and us with ease. You could tell how much his vehicle, his job, our safety and experience meant to him. About an hour later we were back on the road and our time was completely made up and added to the remainder of our time. We saw the lighthouse, swam at the black beach, and drank wine while watching the sunset at Santo Wines. One of the best days we could have imagined with a personable and charismatic guide. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

On time and professional. Theo was super accommodating, great historian of Greece and Santorini. Great tour and well thought out itinerary, we included an amazing restaurant on the beach for lunch. You won’t see this much of the island on a ship excursion or on your own!

We had a short stop at Santorini and we are very glad we chose this customizable tour.
Our guide Dimitris was a local, very knowledgeable about the island and did his best to accommodate our wishes. The visit to Oia is a must, more beautiful lhan the postcards pictures you seen. We wanted to have an early supper and Dimitri took us to a seaside restaurant with authentic Greek seafood cuisine. Food was delicious.
Then he took us back to Santorini to take the cable car down to our port.
Highly recommended tour and guide

A note, the line to the cable car down at Santorini was incredible long, so we decided to walk down the stairs to the port. Not a good idea unless you are in incredible shape. We are two middle age couples that exercise regularly, but even though it was about 700 winding steps downhill is a grueling walk. Wait for the cable.
