Julian was an awesome tour guide. He had a lot of knowledge, was entertaining and lively. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening! He explained a lot about each pintxos and gave us great information about each beverage that was paired with the pintxo. Great tour and would highly recommend!

Really good evening led by Julen (Julian in English). Pintxos excellent, and lots to eat. 5 drinks as well, including local wine and cider. Lots of information about the area and history - definitely kept the evening fun

We had no idea that there were two San Sebastian’s in Spain. We were on the Canary Islands in Spain. By the time we discovered our mistake, we were unable to cancel due to limited WiFi on board our ship

We had an excellent pintxo tour in San Sebastián with Iker. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Basque food culture. The bars were perfectly chosen, the pintxos were delicious, and the explanations about traditions and how locals eat made the experience feel truly authentic. Iker made the tour fun, personal, and easy to follow, and we left full, happy, and confident to explore pintxo bars on our own. Highly recommended!

Went to 5 places and had pintxo at each one. There were 3 of us so we usually got 3 different ones and shared. We also received the drink of our choice at each location? Josu taught us about pintxos and welcomed our questions. His English was quite good. His personal style was upbeat, thoughtful and encouraging. We would definitely go on another tour with him if we were here longer.

Nice food and drink. Not as much as on other tours though. Quite expensive for what it was - as the food and wine are cheap when you buy them outside the tour.

Thank you so much Paul for an incredible food tour! Our guide was kind and friendly even though we were running 10 minutes late due to traffic. The group was a great mix and vibe and we had great conversations with the other travellers. I have done one of these pintxos tours before in San Sebastian which I would say was more traditional pintxos. This tour was very interesting as we got to try more experimental and modern takes - even some award-winning pintxos such as rooster head - that you would never find by yourself. The cider/wine was also exceptional. We absolutely loved the experience and it is a great introduction to SS on your first or second day.

Way to expensive for the food and wine , i guess you pay for the guide who was very friendly , but honestly we could have simply walked around ourselves, . a couple of the eateries were very good aswell as the story behind them , others were like cheap cafe's with kids running around and realistically the quality of the food didnt do themselves any favours . Kinda of a tourist trap event id say . We actually ate far more and drunk far more for far less cost for the rest of our trip at far greater places . Booking the event was an idea to see the old town and the best places to visit , but realistically simply wandering around yourself and putting you head in would have been far more beneficial......Sorry for the low comments , but San Sebastian is an amazing place and certainly somewhere to revisit , the plus side was that we met another very friendly couple so that was very much worth while , but aside from that its a no no from us .

I had a great time on the wine and Pitnxo tour. I am traveling solo and this was such a good way to get an introduction to the food and drinks in San Sebastián. Our guide, Julen, was fantastic and even invited us out for drinks to continue the night. It was my favorite evening on this trip. Can’t recommend this tour enough. Thanks again!

This was a great experience. It was fun, tasty and educational. Our guide Beatrice was very personable and knowledgeable and really inclusive of the whole group. Our guide Fabian was very sweet and did a good job explaining the food and drink but also answering our questions. It helped that we were a small group of 5 so we didn’t feel like a “tourist group.” They accommodated my pescatarian diet and another persons red wine aversion. It was relaxed and chill. Well worth the price!

This was a fabulous experience! It was my first time traveling solo, so this was the perfect way to socialize as well as learn about the city and food in San Sebastián! Francisco was amazing and highly knowledgeable, and kept the vibes high. Fantastic group and overall tour; I highly recommend!
