What are people saying about San Sebastian

I highly recommend this.
Hamish was delightful. The tour was such fun! We loved all the food/drink provided as well as the fellow walkers. We have no personal food restrictions but others on the tour did. They were easily accommodated. It was a delightful day worth every penny! Highly recommended.

A wonderful tour with an exceptional guide
Our half-day tour from San Sebastián through Hondarribia, Pasajes de San Juan, and Pasai San Pedro with Viktor was fantastic. It was such a pleasure to experience these beautiful places, take in the spectacular scenery, and spend time with the lovely horses along the way.
Viktor did an excellent job of explaining, educating, and inspiring us, and we were especially impressed by the breadth of his knowledge about the places, people, and history of the Basque Country.
We thoroughly enjoyed Viktor’s thoughtful and engaging style. He happily answered all of our questions while keeping the tour moving at a comfortable and enjoyable pace. Our entire family, ranging from our 11-year-old daughter to an 80-year-old, found Viktor smart, insightful, personable, and an all-around excellent guide.
A wonderful experience and highly recommended!

A lovely end to our time in San Sebastián
We loved our sunset cruise- a cloudy evening rather spoilt the sunset but that was the only disappointment. Our hosts on the boat were light hearted and knowledgeable. As we were an all English group we had speakers with commentary and basque music but also time to chat with our hosts. Generous drinks and the Polaroid was a lovely touch. Great to see SS in both light and dark as well as the other bays. Yes you can do quick , cheap more like ferry trips and that’s totally fine but this felt like a real experience.

Tour of west coast from San Sebastián.
Tour of beautiful coastal scenery with several stops along the way to explore and take photos. Iker was a terrific guide and explained so much about Basque history and culture along the way. He knows many local people and we had special tastings of world class sorbet and viewed people deboning anchovies !
We learned a lot (why the rowing culture started here) and had s great time
Thankyou,Iker.

Great Guide!
Gorka was great, highly recommended… he lead a fantastic food tour with information on history and local language added in as well. He took his time, answered all questions and went out of his way to make it a wonderful experience for all. So glad we booked his tour.

San Sebastián fun!
Great bike tour. I’m 68 and had not ridden a bike in years. These bikes were super easy to operate and I got clear instructions. The bike ride itself was great. We went all over town and saw some local areas where we would not have traveled. Super fun. Our guide was super entertaining!!

A must do!
Our Pintxos tour of San Sebastián was top tier. Plenty of food, all of incredible quality and truly showcasing the wonderful food of the Basque County. Gonzalo was a fun and knowledgeable host who shared facts about San Sebastián along the way. He brought the group together and we even watched the football afterwards with some of the group and met them again the next night! We had a great time. I highly recommend you do this tour!

Fantastic Pinxtos Tour!
The tour was fantastic! Our guide, Kai, was excellent. He expertly curated a selection of five pinxtos locations. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the history of the city, and was just overall a fun guide. He also gave us great recommendations for other bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this tour, particularly towards the start of your stay in the city since it’s a great way to get acclimated.

Great tour for quick French Basque Country sites
The guide Daniel, was great and very informative. He is multi lingual and spoke English and Spanish. His English was great. He was very nice and the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was also great, smooth ride. You need to be in good physical shape and able to walk up and down hills and stairs to do this tour. The tour is advertised as 2 hours in two of the places, but it was less time, especially the last stop, which was only 50 minutes. The tour company should correct that information on the website. The places were absolutely beautiful and overall it was a great tour that I highly recommend if you want to see some quick sites of the French Basque Country. I recommend the tour company think about cutting one of the three stops and add more time to the other two stops so you have more time in each of the other places. Definitely recommend and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Daniel for a great experience!

Excellent city tour, highly recommended!
If you want to know about the city, beyond the touristy casco viejo, this tour is for you.
We had a great tour guide Andoni, who was attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly.
We visited the city at the time of the marathon, so a lot of streets were closed. He reached out ahead of time and rearranged the time of the tour to the afternoon, which was very helpful.
It is a beautiful city, which has a lot to offer. Be prepared to walk a lot, which is totally worth it!

Informative & Enjoyable Wine Tastings in Rioja
Our tour guide Andoni is very well versed and knows the San Sebastián-Donastia and Rioja areas very well as he grew up here. The wineries we visited were very good - Andoni picked them well. We bought many wines and look forward to their arrival at home. Andoni is a good story teller and kept us very engaged on the drive to Rioja, then let us sleep on the return after tasting many wines and having lunch in La Guardia. The perfect guide!! We highly recommend this tour, and Andoni as your guide.

Nice view of San Sebastián
This was a beautiful boat ride to a small island just off San Sebastián. Well worth 8 euros for a couple of hours of entertainment. The boat ride over was about 25 minutes. We walked around the small island for a bit and then took the next boat back. We had fabulous weather. Definitely worth it on a beautiful day.
