This has been the highlight of my week so far. The guide Shayla was so knowledgeable and patient. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and we saw so many animals, reefs and the highlight for me was to see a sea turtle. Highly recommend anyone thinking of booking to do so! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went night snorkeling for the first time and honestly it couldn’t have gone better. Shey was so friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall really caring and patient. Since we were new to it, she made sure we felt comfortable the whole time and pointed out everything different reefs, fish, and even a turtle, which was amazing.
She also took photos for us, which was such a nice touch because we could actually enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing it ourselves.
I did end up getting motion sickness from the waves (first time problems 😅), but she was incredible about it. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all—she reassured me the whole time that it happens and it was totally okay. She even pulled me back while I held onto her little life buoy so I could just relax.
We seriously loved her. If you’re even thinking about doing this, do it—and hope you get her because she made the whole experience.

It may seem weird to someone who wasn’t aware of how currents and ocean safety levels change by the hour. We were told by the local maritime units we were not allowed to operate as the day progressed. Simply looking at the sky and thinking things are ok are not good business practices. Over the past two weeks there have been many drownings in Puerto Rico due to water conditions.

It was fun and I enjoyed myself. Saw an octopus too. Pretty cool. Nice guide as well. Very kind. Great for a solo adventure.

Was VERY excited to go on this rare night time snorkeling experience. Yeshua was kind to reschedule for me when I had an urgency. However, when I informed him the next day of my worsened and uncontrollable health/food poisoning situation, prior to the start of the session, there was no response from him nor Jet Snorkel. Requested another session or a refund due to this unexpected health matter, but told that that the cancellation policy is clear, with seemingly minimal effort to understand this personal situation and efforts to communicate.
Appreciate a refund of the $89 I paid to experience a dissatisfying chain of reviews and emails that were responded to with only negative and discouraging feedback, with NO snorkeling session with this company experienced during my first trip to Puerto Rico. Please refund me my money at this point. Very stressed, upset and dissatisfied with your customer service and taking advantage of my hard-earned money.
This is the kindest way I could phrase my review, with 2 stars, given the stress of the situation and the bills I must pay as a NYC resident who went on the first vacation in 6 years and could not go snorkeling due to getting sick. Refund, please. Please.

This was such a fun experience. We are avid snorkelers but haven’t had the courage or opportunity to go at night. Our guide Jeshua was GREAT and made us feel safe every step of the way. I loved how the coral and the turtles light up and glow in the LED lights. 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone of any snorkel/swimming ability.
