I had so much fun in this experience! I arrived a little late due to an Uber delay but I was welcomed right in and was able to catch on quickly. Our instructor was really knowledgeable and very charismatic. I stayed until after she left and one of the best parts was watching her dance with some of her friends and the locals. Extremely talented!

This experience was everything! Not only did we learn to salsa dance in the park, afterwards we went to salsa Tuesday and Eco Sports bar! Food was delicious and I danced the night away! I had a great experience to bring in my birthday. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and experienced she was awesome

I mostly took this for the second half of the trip to a local dance place, but I was pleased with the beginner lesson too. I’ve never had a merengue lesson so that was good. La Placita is walking distance to the park where you take the lesson. The only thing I’d suggest is to update the location of the lesson and/or provide cross streets. The lesson wasn’t held by the covered area of the park but in an open air spot, and some other women said they also thought it was over there at first. Gracias Titi Angie for an amazing night!

This was my wife’s favorite thing we did and it’s easy to see why. We had an absolute blast learning how to dance considering neither of us are very good. We had to uber there but the bar that we ended up at was literally across the street from our Airbnb. Adrianna (I think that was her name) was an amazing teacher and she drove us to the bar/home. The way she describes how to dance was engaging and easy to understand. Then when we went to the bar, it was hectic but we had an absolute blast.

The experience was lovely, it was fun although we got hit w some rain.
We made the most of it and went to the coolest salsa bar club w a live band which was so cool to see and experience.
The locals are exceptional dancers 10/10

This guest never attended my experience. He tried to cancel less than 1 hour before the experience started without a valid reason for cancelling. This does not comply with the cancellation policy, therefore he did not receive a refund.

Our instructor was an amazing teacher/host! She educated us on the history of how the salsa dance was created, taught us some shifty moves and even took us to a salsa club afterwards to try out our new moves! I highly recommend this experience!

Tour operator did not provide a number, and I was only able to contact via Viator. I contacted the operator for specific directions and didn’t receive a reply until I was on my way back to the hotel…poor communication.

The class was super fun! We learned a little bit of history too which made it more enjoyable. And! Ended in a salsa club with a live band! Only thing I would change is the communication with Viator, the organizer changed the meeting place and they were supposed to let us know. It was a little of a hike from the original place too.Due to this we were super late, but she texted us and called and waited for us, so all good at the end :)

Titi Angie made this the best salsa class experience! Although I was new to salsa and my boyfriend has experience we both thought the class was amazing! Really enjoyed that we were able to show off our moves at the salsa club after the lesson! A great time was had by all! Angie was inviting, knowledgeable of the moves and provided us with history of how Salsa and merengue came about and how it is influenced by so many different cultures!

We had an amazing time learning how to dance Merange and Salsa! Our instructor Angie was very thorough in teaching us the steps. She made sure that we understood the basics before moving on. Once we had all the basics that we needed, she took us to a local plaza area where we could join in with and observe the locals. It was a beautiful experience all around and Angie made us feel very welcome!

I recommend this class to any beginner Angelina was a very good dancer teacher and very knowledgeable about the history of salsa and the instruments that make up Salsa music. My wife and I had a great time learning the steps and then we went to the local hot spot to implement our new moves. It was a great experience. I'm glad we did it. Only one issue. We learned and practiced our moves outside at the local park. It was very humid. So bring plenty of water. If you love being outside and learning new things about your island neighbors then this is the class for you. Thanks Angelina for making my 29th anniversary a very special one.

We were the only ones which means we got the 1 on 1 class with her. She was so sweet and nice. We learned how to salsa dance and then we went to the area with the bars and clubs. She told us we could go anywhere and we departed and enjoyed our night.
