Justin was the perfect tour guide! We had an 8 and 10 year old with us and he was very attentive to our needs. He made sure we all felt comfortable and confident before we ventured out and he was very knowledgeable about the area and the sea life. I was able to make priceless memories with my family and I would highly recommend this experience!

While it seemed like a better idea than a boat-based snorkeling trip for my often motion sick family, this was a tough excursion. Do not recommend for anyone who is not a strong swimmer, as the waves and tides coming off the ocean make for a challenging swim.

We had a great time! Justin was excellent and kept telling us we could stop and turn around at any point. Surprisingly my nieces (11 & 16) kept wanting to go further. This was definitely more of a swim
workout rather than a leisurely snorkel off a boat lol but we all enjoyed, the fish were beautiful and it was definitely a great experience

Great tour! Elizabeth guided us through the bay looking for aquatic wildlife. The area we were in was not very deep but there are areas with a strong current.

It was a great experience. I was very nervous because I felt weird with all the equipment on. My boyfriend had a blast. We ended up doing kayaking as well so I can have a better experience. Elizabeth was very claming and encouraging.

Sadly, we were unable to attend our scheduled tour due to one of our party becoming injured and needing emergency care just moments before we were to leave our hotel to participate in the tour.
I attempted several times to contact the tour operator to no avail and, despite the emergency situation, Viator was unable to refund our lost expenses.
While I'm sure the tour was great, I cannot offer a great review. Perhaps if they had responded to my attempts to contact them at least, I would gave been able to do so even without being recompensated.

While our policy does not allow for refunds in the case of no-shows due to the resources and staff reserved exclusively for your tour, we’d be happy to offer a credit or rescheduling option should you visit Puerto Rico in the future.

Our experience was amazing and I’m not just saying that because we went snorkeling or it’s just what you want to hear. It was truly great. The front desk when we got there probably could’ve been more attentive or polite but we weren’t even in there very long. The only thing we were basically guaranteed was to see fish and we saw all kinds of neat ones and even those are exciting to see! We saw two sea turtles six starfish that we got to touch! A sea urchin barracuda a ton of those rare big conch shells, jellyfish and everything was beautiful. Our tour guide Justin would check in at the perfect times making sure we were doing alright and asking how much more we would like to do. We were the only ones who booked at our time and we were treated with so much kindness and respect by him. Seeing how beautiful that life under the sea is, nothing compares. We are so thankful for this experience and we hope to do it again soon!

Tour guide Chris was awesome. Wish I could’ve saw more than just fish though. More of sea turtles etc. that’s why I booked it. Only fish!

Everything was exactly as advertised, all snorkeling equipment provided. 1 hour guided and 1 hour snorkel on own. George was our guide and he did a great job leading us out and showing us some things to watch for. He also helped spot some sea turtles. I was desperately hoping to see manatees but we didn’t come across any. Make sure to put on really good waterproof sunscreen! We didn’t put any on our legs and they got burnt.

The facility is super sketchy and we were taken behind this super run down apartment building to this swamp looking area. They gave us snorkeling goggles and told us to go under the bridge and make a right to look at the fishes by the rocks. It was completely unguided, so we asked to switch to kayaking, so at least we were able to do that.

Once you get set up with your equipment you have two hours to freely roam the water. This is not a guided tour so you can adventure independently and freely.

Great experience! Our tour guide Ian (I think that was his name) was awesome! I was able to see a few schools of fish swimming by. Also got to see underwater sand mounds with fish inside! There were PLENTY of minnows in the water lol. Paddleboarding is also an option once you finish snorkeling! I would definitely do this activity again!

Snorkeling and kayaking were the highlights of our trip! My friend is not a swimmer and Randy took such good care of her to make sure she felt safe. She did not venture past the lagoon, so he made sure I had a great snorkeling experience on the ocean side.
Kayaking on the lagoon was so beautiful and peaceful! I am hooked on kayaking now, but I’m afraid nothing will match that experience.

Water was nice and clear but not enough fish in it to view. Full snorkeling Equipment not provided only mask and vest no flippers. Instructor was super nice and helpful but would of been great to have more than one with the group so they would to be able attend everyone accordingly. Too many people for only one instructor.
