    Getting to the excursion...

    Getting to the excursion was very confusing for us and difficult for elderly person. We did not understand to take a cab across town to get to the actual excursion bike. However, once we got past all the confusion getting to the bike, it was a wonderful way to see west end roatan. Beats a bus tour any day.

    Hi Susan! Sorry to hear it was a little confusing to get to us. The cruise port can get a little hectic with all the vendors and following the path to meet us cuts through all of them. I definitely understand what you mean. Thank you for the feedback. Moreover, we do have pick up our guests at port to bring them to West End where the bike tour takes place. West End is 25 minutes away form Port of Roatan cruise port and 35 minutes away from Mahogany Bay cruise port. Regardless, it makes me happy to hear that you had a wonderful time! We have gone ahead and added a little note to mention that pickup and transfer to West End is necessary to bring you to the bikes in the tour description in order to better explain this to our guests.
