No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Recommendations: wear light clothes, waterproof or regular shoes (it will get wet!), swimming suits, bring water, snacks, dry clothes for changing, towel, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, personal medications, cap or hat, passport or ID card, cash for extras.
It is highly recommended to go rafting with water shoes or regular shoes.

Rapids level: 1 to 2+ (May to Sep) / 2 to 3+ (Oct to Apr)
Raft level: moderate
Pickup times vary by location and will be shared a few days before via WhatsApp or email. Please wait in the lobby.
Pickups outside these areas (South Zone of Rio) will have an additional charge.

It is advisable that the traveler should avail of travel insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards.
