Jean-Simon was perfectly accommodating when a thunderstorm impacted the tour. He rebooked me for the next day without issue. I also found, when booking, that this tour was affordable, especially compared to others that were double the price. My tour guide Maurice was very knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. I enjoyed his tour and learned a lot! This is a great way to see much of the city and learn its history; perfect to inform future exploration or illuminate insights in places I'd already seen. Our guide was Maurice and he was perfect! Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly, very experienced. He led our group through both the upper and lower village and shared insider information on history and current events. Highly recommend Maurice and this tour!

Great walking tour. Rest of the people canceled since it was raining at the start, but it cleared up within the first half hour so we got a private tour. Learned a lot about the city.

Good knowledge of the area. Without a guild you really don’t know what you are looking at.
Our guild did a great job but did give us a bad lead on a poutine restaurant.

Thank you Philip for the kind words about the tour. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Regarding the poutine, I'm sorry to hear it wasn't a great experience. When asked, I share a few different spots since tastes vary, and they are independent restaurants outside the tour itself.

Jean was great! Lots of history knowledge of Quebec. We got a wonderful insight into the history of Quebec as well as the history of the buildings. Very personable. Our flight was delayed for a day and Jean was able to accommodate us for the next day. Much appreciated.

Jean-Simon was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, interesting and friendly. The weather was not the best, but he worked around it and made us as comfortable as possible. We had a question for him and although he did not know the answer, he later emailed us the answer. I highly recommend him and this tour of beautiful Quebec City.

Tour is entirely outside. It’s a bit hilly so be prepared but very doable. Tour guide was well informed, engaging and open to receiving the knowledge of others in our group

Nice overview of the city. Maybe to much history at the cost of not seeing all the places old Quebec has to offer as in the boardwalk beside the hotel. The battery on the sea side.

To address your feedback, my tour is designed to give more than just sightseeing. It brings the city to life with its history, culture, and stories, showing you sides of Old Québec you might not discover on your own. We do stop by the Dufferin Terrace and other well-known sites, but I prefer to let guests explore these areas later at their own pace, without the group, if they want more time to enjoy the surroundings.
