The guide was so amazing. His fun grasp of history and modern society was entertaining and relevant. He was witty and sweet. The food tasting was delicious. I was very pleased with the attention to my allergies. Again, Serge knew his history and food.

Our driver was funny and gave us a recommendation of a favorite wine to try (L’Heritage) which did not disappoint! Each of the three wineries was more beautiful than the next! We only wished we could’ve stopped off for ice cream at the famous place in the way back.

One of the best tours ever. We did every thing we wanted to and then stuff. The wineries were fun and tasty the currant stop was also great. We choose to opt out the chocolate experience and did a photo place instead. François was so amazing and accommodating not to mention professional. By all means take the private tour.

Great tour! Our driver was excellent, knowledgeable, and funny. I’m glad we went because I probably would have missed some of the sites and interesting history on my own. I just wish we had more time at Montmorency Falls. My daughter was the only child on the tour, but she still enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

Acquired a good grounding of the history and geography of the Quebec City old town area from our guide Carmen. Great way to begin a visit. Carmen respected our desired pace, sit needs, and rest room breaks. She exhibited a deep knowledge of the history and culture of the city and province.

I highly recommend this activity! The park is gorgeous, and our guide, Levi, was a really cool guy. There was time to shop in the small gift shop before strapping on snowshoes and heading out. The hike was about 5 km, and seemed like it would be fine for anyone with moderate fitness levels. After the hike, we had a lunch back at the nature center, and then some free time to explore the area. When I come back to Quebec, I wouldn’t hesitate to take another tour operated by the same people!

Although I booked this trip without reading that the tour wasn't offered in English, Nanako went above and beyond to accommodate us. She brought her Quebecian friend Helene with her who spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable as well. Nanako does speak English though pretty well. The entire day was wonderful from start to finish. They were waiting for us in the lobby of the Frontenac and from there we headed to the falls. She was an excellent driver and we went to the falls before the crowds. The admission was included and we paid for the Gondola up as stated in the description. We spent quite a good amount of time there at our own pace. After that we drove around the Island and she asked what our interests were and was willing to take us where we wanted to go. First stop was a vineyard with an incredible view and great tasting wine. She and Helene stayed with us the entire time. We started out as strangers but left with warm hugs from these incredible ladies. And for the price we paid for a private tour it was a great value. I highly recommend this tour!

This was our turnaround day on a back to back cruise and our only chance to see Quebec. We selected this tour based on prior reviews and they were correct! We had a great day with Alexander. He told us so many details about the Old Quebec and adapted to our wants readily. We especially enjoyed getting to the Sainte Anne de Beaupre Basilica. What a beautiful place. We could not have asked for a better tour or a more knowledgeable guide. And the vehicle we toured in was so comfortable. Definitely book this tour. You won’t be disappointed!
