Not to be missed-A special treat!

This was the absolute highlight of our trip. Our guide, Luis, was so knowledgeable and personable. The stops on the tour were perfectly chosen, and the food was beyond delicious. Cannot recommend this tour enough. Our first stop was at Va Bene for a delicious fresh tomato salad served on burrata. We then stopped at Archibald for some delicious French onion soup. Then it was on to Le Continental for some fabulous flambéd shrimp. The last stop was at Le Clan, a fabulous restaurant that prides itself on using only Quebec or local ingredients- farm to table concept. We had an arctic char that melted in your mouth followed by a their take on a bread pudding type dessert. Every restaurant paired their dish with wine or beer. All in all, this was an excellent experience. We told the owner of the tour company Emilie that we were celebrating my recent retirement and we definitely felt like VIPs on this tour!

Christmas Fun for a Rainy Day

We were running a bit late and let them know 20 mins before the start and the tour provider responded quickly and then allows us to meet in the lobby a bit into the tour without holding up the group. Very communicative and accommodating. We got to see all sorts of things inside the hotel, it was very cool to see the restaurant and salons and ballrooms all decorated for Christmas but without a crowd of people. It was a rainy day, so we all enjoyed the history and the sights inside.

Private guide with Denis is the only way to go!

It was amazing!! The best way to see both old and new Quebec in a short amount of time! The best part for us was having our guide meet us at the port. It just made the day start easier and with less confusion. Our guide was Denis and we couldn't have asked for better! You could just feel his love and pride for his county. He had such a warm personality and was so authentic. We just really enjoyed our time with him. He was willing to go wherever we requested but he also showed us some really off the beaten path sites as well. I was SO grateful to not be a part of a large group. I came away from the day wishing I had more time to explore Quebec. It was a beautiful, quaint and welcoming place.

Fantastic night tour. Don’t miss it

This was a great way to experience life in New France back in the day! Marianne did a fantastic job staying in character and describing and demonstrating the penal system of that era. The walk throughout town was picturesque in the dark evening hours but set the mood nicely. Would recommend to others completely.

Quebec walking tour - well worth the money and excellent guides.

We booked this tour as we enjoy the walking tours, we had excellent contact from the time of booking to the day of the tour. We were met by Murielle and from the start was pleasant, knowledgeable and ensured we were comfortable during the tour, as it was raining the whole time. We were prepared for the wet weather and throughly enjoyed this tour. This tour ended up with just the two of us and Murielle our guide. Booking with small companies, we have had some of our best tours. Highly recommend using this company and having Murielle as a guide.
