Good Food and History, with some enhancement opportunities

Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. The local food we tried was delicious, and we appreciated how the tour mixed the city’s history and culture with the food. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about Quebec City. There are a couple of things I think could make the experience even better. First, I would suggest limiting some of the commentary around geopolitics. We came to enjoy and learn about Quebec City, its history, food, and culture not to engage in current political discussions. Second, three of our five food tastings took place at the same restaurant. While the restaurant and food were excellent, we would have preferred the tastings to be spread among more establishments. Part of the fun of a food tour is getting to experience a variety of local restaurants and different parts of the city. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable tour with great food and a passionate guide. With a few small adjustments, it could be an even better experience

Patrica was simply amazing, very personable and down to earth. We got to experience a wide range of the Canadian, breakfast, lunch and dessert. Her restaurant selection were perfect, and we revisited a couple of them on our own. We were stuffed by the end of the tour, but in a good way. Highly recommend even if your not a Foodie.
