This company had an excellent service. They contacted me a day before when the tour guide could not make it as scheduled. They arranged another one, named Marie, with different time slot. The three hour private walking tour of Old Quebec City was a highlight of our trip. Lynn, our tour guide, was absolutely wonderful and made the experience so enjoyable. Her knowledge, passion, and love for Quebec and its history was extraordinary. She met us at our hotel and was incredibly caring and considerate of our needs. We have booked many tours during our travels and this ranks among the best. We highly recommend this tour and definitely request Lynn.

It was amazing!! The best way to see both old and new Quebec in a short amount of time! The best part for us was having our guide meet us at the port. It just made the day start easier and with less confusion. Our guide was Denis and we couldn't have asked for better! You could just feel his love and pride for his county. He had such a warm personality and was so authentic. We just really enjoyed our time with him. He was willing to go wherever we requested but he also showed us some really off the beaten path sites as well. I was SO grateful to not be a part of a large group. I came away from the day wishing I had more time to explore Quebec. It was a beautiful, quaint and welcoming place.

Our 3 hour walking tour of Quebec City was fun & very interesting. We walked up gentle hills & stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. Our guide was able to answer all our questions & give us lots of tips on activities over our 4 day stay. Dress appropriately for the weather since you will be outside for 3 hours.

We enjoyed exploring both the lower and upper city on this private walking tour—there was certainly no shortage of history! In fact, there was probably more information than we could absorb in one go. At times it felt a little on the dry side, and we would have loved a bit more space for interaction, photo stops, or simply to catch our breath. Although it was said at the start that “it is your tour,” in practice there wasn’t much tailoring to our interests or pacing. We didn’t ask outright for breaks or pictures, but part of what we hoped for in a private tour was a guide who could “read the room” (or in this case, the cobblestones). Our biggest challenge, however, was hearing the guide. With a group of only four, we expected conversation to flow easily, but the very soft-spoken delivery made it difficult to follow along. A microphone or small audio system would have made a big difference. All in all, we’re glad we saw so much of beautiful Quebec City, but with a little more flexibility and better audibility, this tour could have been excellent

Etienne was a very informative and fun guide. We walked at a leisurely pace, and he explained a lot of the historical background of the city while telling us about present day Quebec City as well. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other places to see during our visit. We felt like we really saw Old Quebec and would highly recommend Etienne and this tour.

Muriel was an excellent guide. She picked us up from our hotel, and truly tailored the experience to our interests (history, politics, culture, art). She made sure that we were comfortable throughout our tour, and answered our many questions. We got to cover a lot of Quebec City, and she even spent extra time with us towards the end.
