It was a very interesting and informative trip with opportunities to take photos and ask questions. Our guide matties? Was an excellent guide. Would definitely recommend.
Our only concern is that several buses arrive at the meeting point at the same time which causes some confusion.

The bus was so dirty and run down. Bus was knot at the meeting point they told me. This created a problem for my sister who had a knee replacement. I was lied to about distance to the meeting. I will not use your service again

The Aviator info for the pickup location was not up to date. There was a person there who told about 8 of us we had to relocate to another spot about 2 blocks away. I don’t walk very well and purposely got there 45 min early. I held up departure almost 15 min. But the driver/guide waited for me to hobble up. He did a great job and it was a great tour.

Beware that the bus may leave you wherever if someone gets on and takes your spots. We had to find our own transportation back to hotel.

Nice overview of city - interesting and informative. Of special note, Viator TWICE rescheduled our tour when our cruise ship was delayed due to weather. This was very much appreciated! Very unorganized at the meeting (pickup) point. Different groups meeting at the same location and no one knew where to wait.
We sat on the top deck and it was extremely hot. Some passengers left the tour at the first opportunity. Apparently it had been hot on the bus the day before also, but nothing was done to fix it it seems. An attempt was made at the stop to correct it, but too little too late.
Unable to go to the parliament building grounds due to a demonstration. It would have been nice if that time was replaced by a tour of the Plains of Abraham or had longer at the one stop we made instead of arriving back to drop off point early. Leaving late, arriving early, our 2 hour tour was only 1.5 hours. On the plus, tour operator and driver were very good. What we did see was interesting. Old Quebec is beautiful and historic.

Great trip. The coach was comfortable, and our driver/ guide was very informative and amusing. Great way to get the layout of the city, especially if your hopping off days are over. Our October weather was sunny but chilly and windy. Sitting in an open double-decker was only for the hardy.

All travelers should take a tour like this to become familiar with the history, geography and cultural background of Quebec City.
The driver was very interesting and he gave us a lot of background information so that we got a good sense of what the city of Quebec and the province was all about.
He had a nice sense of humor and the two hours flew by.
The three of us all enjoyed the excursion and came away with a lot of respect for Quebec and those who live there.

It’s a 20 minute walk up inclines to meet the bus. It’s a double decker and the guide is only on the top. It was difficult to understand her with a heavy French accent. She also spoke in English and French and it was confusing trying to hear her.
