Took 4 hours to get to the island (not efficient whatsoever)
Had 1.30 to enjoy the actual island
The buffet was good but not prepared until we got there and that took another 20/30 minutes
Was told it was open bar but they only had rum and Coca Cola the entirety of the trip.
No explanations were provided throughout the trip. A lot of screaming orders by guides.

Good morning . Remember that you are located in the Atlántic area . Remember that you got to the meeting point at 8:28 am , all the customers from punta cana have to get transferred to Bayahibe and in your case it took 1:20 to get there , also remember that you had to take a boat wich is almost 2 hours on the catamaran and the same time on the speed boat , because you have to count the time in the natural swimming pool . The entertainment on the catamaran is also part of the excursion and the stop at the natural swimming pool .

Overall the Saona island tour was good. They were accomodative in regards to pick up and drop off. There was some disorganization around the lunch that was provided however it was good none the less. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Good morning . Thank you for your review. All this days will be a little difficult due to the High season, there are a lot of customers and suppliers coming to the island and when they get there at the same time … we have to do magic to deal with many people .
