They never came to pick us up although it said booking was confirmed. They did not respond to any chats, calls, or emails.

L’île de Saona et la piscine naturelle est vraiment une excursion à ne pas manquer. Paradisiaque !! Petit bémol : Cependant, beaucoup de touriste au même endroit, l’idéal est de marcher un peu le long de la plage pour se retrouver avec très peu de monde. Sur le catamaran, Si vous aimez le monde vous allez être servi, c’est dommage, est l’attente de chargement et déchargement au départ avec le catamaran est bien trop long (1h). Le bateau rapide est top !
