Traveler pickup is offered. We pick up each client in the lobby of their hotel or Meeting Point. Transportation: Truck/ Bus with FAMILY BUGGIES on the sides. And also the driver will be at the hotel with a list of each name of each clients. If your hotel is not listed or you are staying at an Airbnb, we can arrange a nearby meeting point for pickup. We can welcome you directly at the departure ranch if you choose to get there on your own. NOTE: 8:00 am 12:00 pm 3:00 pm are nt the pickup time, they are Start time. Pickup time and details will be advised via email 24 hours before the excursion.

Originally, my fiancé and I were supposed to go on a Thursday but due to him being sick we went the next day and Charlie was very helpful with the rescheduling. We both really enjoyed our experience, and definitely recommend others booking with this group! Only con was we wished we spent more time at the beach, and we also recommend you prepare to be in the heat for 4 hours (drink/bring lots of water). Other than that we definitely had a great time! 10/10

Fun but not as expected

Our guide Joel was amazing. They do a great job making sure you are safe on the buggy and they are very patient. The buggies are a little old and hard to steer but we made the best of it and driving the buggies was the best part. The beach was great and you get chairs to lounge and relax. There are vendors to sell drinks and snacks and they don’t bother you if you say no thanks. I will say it wasn’t the prettiest beach and a was a little nervous to take a dip. My least favorite part (and what I was most looking forward to) was the cenote. It was very crowded and hard to maneuver around in the area. One little ledge to jump into the water with 100 people waiting on the stairs. There’s a rope to help you get out. that was the only part that I wish was better. Every thing else was great!

Fun time to visit 3 different spots including the gorgeous Macao beach and the cave. Make the jump! The water is amazing! Highly suggest water shoes, swimsuit and clothes you don’t care about.

I wish could shared our conversation make everyone see it. You been playing us all the time. Lie to us and ignored us. we been waiting mate then 30 minutes for you. Finally the security has us to leave and so we left because we can’t stay all day waiting… after 45 minutes you call to ask mw one for time where’s the driver because is now you ready. So i told you we sorry because the driver already left.

Loved the dune buggies!! Got muddy and loved it! Only thing I would change is the walk to the ocean rather than riding to the water but otherwise great experience!

I really liked the excursion it self driving a buggy down muddy bumpy road. However the buggies continously broke down. Ours broke down and we had to get on a buggy with the tour guide. There was 3 stops along the 3 hr journey. First was tribal house for some tastings of coffee chocolate and mamajuana. While we did get a small sample of each this was a conscious effort to get people to buy their home made products and they made sure to guilt you into purchases by saying the money stays in the community which speaking of definitely disheartening. Children chasing the buggy asking for money. People sitting outside their steel shacks waving. The smell in the air was horrific and I instantly regretted being here as I felt selfish and privileged. Next stop was a cave where you jumped in water the was 25ft deep. I didn't do this as I'm not a great swimmer and the cave was dark and the water smelled terrible. Again on this stop many many vendors and children asking for money. I really wanted to cry. You can't say yes to all of them. Last stop manaco beach! Beautiful blue waters and white sands. Here too vendor's attempting to sell products. However this was difficult. They were selling drinks and food and pics with parrots. No children ripping at your heart strings. I liked the tour but I personally wouldn't recommend it. I had a good time but I wouldn't do it again

I'm sorry about that because we can't do anything about the poverty of this country. that excursion is about country life, not luxury. It is also about enjoying our beautiful island, the palms, crystal clear water much more.

Amazing day in the mud

We had so much fun the whole day. From the Coffee hut, amazing beach and the dunk in the cave. The guides were right on and got us going when issues appear. The photographer showed up out of nowhere and took 100 plus pictures. I’ll be back and would recommend it to anyone who’s in the area and wants a great time and experience

Best family excursion

What a trip! My whole family went on this excursion and it didn’t disappoint!!! From a private beach, to a cenote we enjoyed every minute. Best part of the ride is getting muddy :-)

A lot of time is wasted during the waiting for other guest to return from their excursion. The dune buggy experience is definitely bumpy and less muddy if you drive the 4 wheeler bike. The stops are very short so if you want to have a complete experience it's best to go on your own time. The cave experience was small, crowded and dark so i didnt participate in that one.

It was great but we did have an incident where I did get burn on my butt lol by the radiator fluid but they did make it up by switching us up with a better buggy. We did have a great time though!

Choo Choo was the best guide. Even though we had i smal group that was ok with me. Choo Choo looked out for my mom always making sure she was good. I would use them again anytime I come. Highly recommend.
