We had such a great time on our buggy tour I'd recommend this to anybody. We rode the buggies with a 5 and 4 year old and we all had a blast.

The site had 10 hotels to choose from for pick up. However, thos was changed to a random area which was in direct sunlight with extreme heat. In.addition it appeared very dangerous and we were concerned of getting robbed. Also we were asked to be on time but the pick up was 20 mins late. The safety briefing was inadequate. The helmets were not sanctified or even cleaned. The trip was late due to waiting on fuel which was unacceptable as booking were done in advance. No seat belts in back seat. The waiting area was also very hot and uncomfortable. The vehicles were very unclean and old some shut down during the trip. The bathroom facility was dirty and unfit for people to change.

Careful guided tour, if you like mud baths, this is for you lol. Souvenir tour was filled with info, items there a bit expensive but you only live once. The macao beach was a great twist ending, where you can buy coconut, drink at the beach bench. You'll get accosted by sales guys a lot but try to be nice.

This tour was perfect for me and my 🧳 Travel group. I had read some things where people were concerned with safety and the mechanics of the equipment and that made me reluctant to book. However, the experience was not bad as I would have thought. There are some things that are less than perfect, but I would definitely book this tour again especially for the price. I wish we had taken an alternate route to the beach to avoid getting muddy but have mud on the route back. My ideal would be beach, mud then cenote.

Face and eye coverings are mandatory (this was not mentioned in the booking page.) Bring your own or be prepared to pay $5 for a bandana and $10 for goggles. The cenotes were fun but the buggys broke down once and did not have lap belts that properly secured. The staff simply tied them to the bars on the buggy. We also spent 90 minutes driving around trying to find two people that wrote down the wrong hotel in their booking.
