Well for start you spend more time frequenting areas intended to extrapolate cash from you. The whole tour from being dropped off and setting off in the buggy took less that an hour of driving. We are put in a 4 man buggy for 2 of us when clearly the advert was 2 person buggies. Seemed a little wrong. 25 minutes at a beach and got conned by someone taking photos on our phones ended up paying £22. You were offered a horse ride and horses looked ill. So didn’t bother knowing it would cost. But why horses we were supposed to be on a buggy ride. The cenote was dangerous. Walk down about 3 lots of stairs and it’s a rope getting out. Ok if you’re 25! We didn’t bother. Then drive back. The buggy broke down. We ended up finishing in the back of someone else’s buggy. Totally felt shafted. From the outset we knew it would not be great. Our pickup ran out of diesel on the motor way! Filled up from a gerry can in the boot. A day that we were really looking forward to that really didn’t deliver. No driving through water caves either which is advertised on the site. Personally unless you want less than an hour in a buggy, be in a convoy of hundreds of other buggies and have people wanting your cash constantly, break down and feel totally let down I would’t bother. Save your money.

Wish we would have went with a more expensive tour. These buggies were junk. A 3 hour excursion turned into 7. Buggies constantly breaking down, everyone begging for money and food. The island stop was amazing, would love to have experienced it all with a higher quality company.

DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION! FAULTY EQUIPMENT, NOT SAFE! During Our Excursion we had SEVERAL ISSUES. BRAKES DIDN'T WORK on our buggy. WE had a bad wreck. My sister and I were injured and are in so much pain. Later on in the last half my other sister and sil got into an accident on the atv due to the steering locking up and breaking not working, they ran into a cement wall one was able to jump off. I have done off roading plenty of times AND THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I AM LUCKY TO BE ALIVE. They Hot wire the units to start up, they were tightening the wheels before we drove off and kept looking back as if they knew something was wrong with our buggy. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. WE RECEIVED NO REFUND OR NOTHING. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! It was such a traumatic experience. Also driver to excursion was extremely rude, would not answer or respond to us even when we spoke in Spanish he pretended not to know it. Did not say anything until we were dropped off and he was looking for a tip. Horrible experience all around.

Driver arrived on time for pick up. Staff and guides were great. Had a break down they fixed right away and we resumed with the group.

Hi. Booked it last minute and try to update the date and I dialed multiple times and sent sms for another day. No one picked up or responded to my attempts. Truly appeared as a scam.
