The tour and buggy ride was nice, however I fell into a hole and the wheel got busted. I switched to another buggy to continue the tour. The tour guide keep pressuring me to give him some money to help fix the wheel at the cenote. We didn't even get to enjoy that experience because of this. After we returned to their business, the manager also tried to get me to pay some money. She brought out the waiver I signed and said that I was responsible and I signed the form. Thinking I was dumb, I read the waiver and there was nothing in it that said I was responsible for any damages due to accidents while riding, only waiver by right to hold them responsible if I got injured. After they realized I right and wasn't going to pay they pulled my wife aside to see if they can convince her, but she also held out and said they need to talk to me. I just wanted to get out of there and go back to my resort, it was becoming very uncomfortable especially since I had my kids with us. I would never do another excursion with them again. The next day on another excursion the guide who say the commotion at the cenote when he was trying to get money from me, told us he saw what was happening and knew that was wrong to hustle the customer for money and apparently they are known for that, has happened before to other customers.

Giving this a 4 out of 5, just because they do not give you a specific timing on the app it says 11 am but no one reaches out to you to tell you at exactly what time is pick up. When I called at ten they told me pick up is either 8:15 am or 1:15 pm so I had to wait longer. When we arrived to where the boogies were there's a store there and the guy literally PRESSURES you to buy something. OTHER THAN THAT the driving was fun and the beach that they take you too is beautiful. I honestly expected more from the cave based on the photos but it wasn't as I expected.

Not overly impressed with this tour. First bad communication from Viator on pick up time and place. Confirmation says one time and place but then they say the call u and can't get intouch with you. Well of course not not mant people use there phone internationally and if they email u only have access to wifi on resort. Once we got this settle and finally pick up we went to the buggy place. Got in the buggies that were so slow. It was not a fun fadt drive it was a slow drive with constant stops waiting on other buggies to pass because there are way too many on the trails or waiting fir them to fix the constantly breaking down buggies. If it didn't rain the night regime it would have been a slow drive a mostly firt path. I've done the buggies before and this was a huge let down compared to that one.

Very unorganized. My tour started at 11 but the driver ended up writing me and asking could I get picked up at 1:25 instead. I said okay. He picked us up on time but made 80 other stops giving real sketchy vibes. We didn't make it to the excursion until 3pm by then I was irritated. When he came to pick us up, way more people were on the bus and once again he made 80 more stops and then put us on a different bus with no prior communication

Well first thing they take you on a truck to the beach, no driving your buggy. Then is just like 15-20 driving to a place to sell coffee and chocolate go back through the same way go to the cave for 10-15 minutes. And the guides are rude people, (I was taking of the helmet and the guide told me “2 hours to take off a helmet” Only good thing of this tour was the truck driver.

Great Boogie Ride. Quick 15 minutes stop at the beach & 15 minutes stop at the Cenote. Quiet refreshing & gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

Must book!!!! From the transportation to the buggy facility everything was great! The photographs were amazing and the stops they take you to are the real DR. I would 1000% book again.

While there was a slight miscommunication on the pick up location/time, the rest of the trip was flawless. The employees were courteous and friendly. They made sure we all stayed together and went at a realistic pace. The route taken was fun to try out different terrain. Fun, organized adventure!

After coming with a group of 12 ppl they doubled the price being greasy and it went from $45 to $90 per person SCAM

We had so much fun! The location was easy to find and communication with the staff was excellent. The buggy was so much fun and we rode for a very long time!l, longer then expected. Staff was super helpful and attentive to everyone and made sure we stayed in our group. No buggies broke down during are tour but you have to remember, these are atvs! They are ridden in dirt and mud so that is expected and not uncommon! Beach and cenote were beautiful. Coffee tour was very interesting, bring cash or pesos because you will want to purchase something! Coffee guide was also hilarious. Overall a great experience and I'm so glad we did this!

The part where we visit the beach was horrible. The local people harrassment to take pictures with monkey and birds. Also they don't tell price for food, they charge friends $225.00 for 4 orders of chicken wings and 4 drinks. Wouldn't recommend tour to anyone.

It was birthday! It was extremely hot and wished there was a cover over the top of the buggy, but I enjoyed my time. You really get enough time to ride the buggies. I loved Macao beach. Wish I could have stayed longer. It was actually more impressive than Soana Island. The cave was cool, but I don’t swim. Overall, a great experience!

We were so excited for this tour, but it quickly turned into something we wish we had not booked and couldn’t wait to get back to our hotel. First, the transportation was 40 minutes late… with little communication until I finally added an international plan on my phone to be able to call and figure out if we should continue to wait or not. They said our bus was on our way, and open ended truck showed up. Which was fine, I certainly wouldn’t call that a bus tho. The company was fun run boogie. Do not book with them, along the way we saw so many other companies to go through that looked much better. Then, we arrive with little to no direction from the team to the ranch. Almost everyone in our group had their buggies break down, the ride was very slow riding in a single file line. There was no excitement. It was pretty boring, not at all what the photo seems. Our buggy lost the breaks at one point, we were crossing over Main roads and our breaks just went out causing us to smash into the back of another buggy. Very dangerous. The tour guide gave no direction as we made our stops and just said go over there, and the group had to figure out where the beach was and where the cave was. Most guides give intonation or history before you start. All he said was if you can’t swim don’t get it. When we got to the cave is when the trio was completely ruined for our group. Our friends buggy wouldn’t work, they were left behind getting attacked by the locals until our instructor noticed they weren’t behind. When they got to where we were at the cave the insteuctor came up in a disturbingly rude tone and said what did you do, very angry. He mechanic guy said they ruined their buggy by pushing on the gas when they weren’t supposed to? He was very augmentative at first then realized he upset our friend and tried to correct his demeanor. The instructor did not read the group as we were all waiting in our buggy’s for about 20 minutes waiting for him to take us back to the ranch to go home. He was hanging with his friends. We would just want to recommend another tour to take and not this one as we passed by so many ranches and buggy’s that looked so much nicer and hardly anyone else was constantly broken down like our group was. I’m very sad to be writing this review as this was supposed to be a fun day we were really excited for but I def would not be recommending this tour group to anyone.

The buggies kept breaking down. Transportation was sketchy. We were rushed at cave and beach even though we were behind due to buggies breaking down.

El tour cumple con lo que dice me la pasé bien, solo les falta un poco más de organización con la recolección de los clientes en el hotel y que tomen en cuenta a todos sus clientes, los que hablábamos español si nos sentimos un poco excluidos por el personal.

Mangelhafte Sicherheit. Die Buggis sind in einen katastrophalen technischen Zustand. Bremsen funktionieren kaum. Achsen sind defekt so, dass es kaum möglich die Spur zu halten. SEHR GEFÄHRLICH!!! Zu lange Anreise/ Transfer zum Veranstaltungsort: 1,5 Stunden hin und 1,5 Stunden zurück statt angekündigten 30 Minuten.

gut einen herzlichen gruß. Wenn ich diesen Kommentar lese, wird mir klar, dass Sie ein bisschen unfair sind, wenn Sie sagen, dass es wenig Sicherheit gibt und dass es sehr gefährlich ist. Ich denke, es ist nicht fair, diese Dinge zu schreiben, um unserem Unternehmen zu schaden, und ich erkläre die folgenden Gründe:
Die meisten unserer Kunden sind mit der Tour zufrieden und die meisten Kunden schreiben, dass sie eine gute Zeit hatten.
Der Transport wird geteilt, wie in der Tourbeschreibung angegeben. Vielleicht hat es etwas länger gedauert als sonst, weil es viel geregnet hat.
Die Buggys sind dafür gemacht, im Schlamm auf steinigen Straßen zu fahren, das macht die Tour interessant.
Wir verstehen, dass manchmal Situationen passieren und dass nicht immer alles perfekt wird, aber zu sagen, dass die Tour nicht sicher ist, erscheint Ihrerseits etwas unfair, denn im Kommentar sehe ich nur schlechte Dinge, wenn ich denke, dass auch gute Dinge passiert sind, aber Trotzdem vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar und Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Los guias fueron muy amables y dispuestos para todo! Lo único que no me gusta fue lo experiencia con como se hace el café y el cacao literalmente fue solo 7min de explicación...yo ya había hecho otra excursión que me explicaba todo el proceso u fueron más detallados en toda la explicación y para acabar solo hacia más que mandar indirectas para dejarles tips por los 7 min de explicación....no me gusto para la nada, pero la experiencia en buggie fue impresionante el día anterior había llovido así que el terreno estaba lleno de pequeños posos de agua que lo hacía más divertido!
