Super fun evening. Brett was our chef and instructor, and he was great. The food was so delicious, and we had a fun time learning how to make it. The wines were wonderful. We have friends coming next week, so we are going to book another class to do with them. I highly recommend this tour. Terrific way to spend an evening

Brett was amazing. We made recipes from his Moldavian family recipes. We prepared the appetizer, some parts of the dinner, and the dessert. The local wine paired with the meal was incredible! The dinner itself was the best in Prague. Brett explained how to prepare the food and because the group asked, he also explained some of the Bavarian/Moldavian history. Highly recommended for one of your dinners in Prague!!!

Charming venue and delightful experience. Bret, the host was so accommodating and included everyone in the cooking experience. The wine was excellent and we learned about Czech food, wine and history. It was like spending an evening with friends. I highly recommend!

Exceptional dining experience. Bret and Aide delightful, informative, great fun loving host and hostess. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time / from the kitchen to the dining. cheese graters, flipping potatoe pancake to wonderful dinner and wines.
Wonderful charcuterie, options, as well as a three course meal with dessert.

Had a great evening with Brett in his historical basement space as he hosted a group of five. We try to do these types of experiences wherever we travel and this, by far, was the best. Well organized and Brett got everyone involved with the food preparation. Educational as well as entertaining, all the while enjoying some excellent Moravian wine. Brett is a fun instructor and really enjoys the experience. It was an evening of fun conversation and great food. Highest recommendation.

I attended this class recently in the evening with Brett as the host. I am traveling solo and in this class was myself and just one other couple. With a small group it was ensured that we all got to fully participate and we also had a nice chat. It was a 3 hour experience and an absolutely lovely way to spend an evening, snacking and drinking throughout and ending with a great dinner and dessert. I really got to feel like I did something fun and immersed in the culture. Brett was fantastic, guiding us through various dishes cooking or if prepared already telling us all about how it’s made and where it comes from. It was fun to learn some Czech history through food and drink. Completely worth it for me, one of the highlights of this trip. If you’re hesitant, don’t be! Book it! :)

This was a beyond an incredible experience. Not only did I get a chance to taste different cheeses, jams, and smoked sausages, but I also learned how to make a variety of different dumplings and had one of the best goulash dishes that I’ve ever eaten!! I felt like I was treated like a guest of the family rather than a student. If you sign up for this, you will have one of the best experiences in your life, no doubt!!
