The Tuk-Tuks need a speak fits to the rear so passengers can hear the guide’s information clearly it’s a noisy form of transport. The old town area wasn’t covered on our tour however we were “short changed” by 20 minutes. We would normally do a walking tour but thought we’d try something else for a change, not again.

This was a really informative tour. It helped me plan the rest of the trip included some amazing food recommendations. I got to see so much and understand Porto and Portugal's history all while staying dry during an otherwise very rainy trip. Thanks!!

Very knowledgeable & pleasant guide.
This tour starts late because it departs from a very busy bicycle tour location and the tuk tuk has to be summoned from another location. Our very young guide Juan was friendly but frankly a terrible tour guide. This was our first introduction to Oporto and we learned very little. His English is fine, he just doesn’t seem to have any storytelling skill as a guide. Most questions about history, architecture, trees, he did not know the answer to. It seems that he was hired only as a tuk tuk driver, and he enjoyed showing off how fast he could careen downhill on cobblestone streets, passing beautiful buildings and churches with no explanation. The vehicle is in good condition but difficult to see through the clear plastic roof because of all the metal supports. Would not recommend this tour- very disappointing.
I traveled with Ricardo solo on a tuk tuk. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and engaging. He know all of the historic landmarks, great places to eat and drink. We talked the all way and he was a lot of fun. I definitely recommend a tuktuk ride with Ricardo!
