History galore in Guimaraes and Braga

We had what turned out to be a private tour to Guimaraes and Braga with Bruno after a group canceled. We were treated to inside information by a local who knew the stories and history in both cities. We saw the Bom Jesus cathedral and grounds, had a nice lunch in Braga after seeing more sites, and were guided around the castle, palace, and old city center of Guimaraes. Such history in each place and so well preserved. Very much recommended!

We cannot say enough about how exceptional this small tour was. Ricardo was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Portugal in general and Guimares in particular. And he was funny and delightful to be with. It could not have been a more positive experience!
