We booked this and were very excited about the opportunity to see the most beautiful churches in Paris. Viator failed to tell the touring company that a new reservation came through and we waited in the hot midday July over an hour trying to see if we had missed seeing our tour guide.

This was a terrible experience. We were stood up by our tour guide and had to disappoint our kids that were unable to experience st Chappelle and notre dame. With tickets being sold out at st. Chappelle, we had no choice

I apologise for this unfortunate experience. This only happened because of a technology glitch between Viator and our system. We didn’t get a notification and no guide was assigned. Viator has now fixed this issue since your tour.

Notre Dame visit

Lise was very knowledgable and very pleasant. She met us on time and gave some nice Parisian history. The walking tour was good but the highlight was the entry to Notre Dame. It’s breathtaking. Highly recommended

Lisa was an excellent guide and knew her history of Paris. There was a lot of walking. There were so many people and no bathrooms in Notre Dame. I also expected a better gift shop.
