A “Hangable” Feast

A must for any student of literature. Provides a full portrait of a complex artist focusing on how the city served as his muse. The tour incorporates Hemingway’s reflection of his infancy as a writer and the sites that inspired him. Much like the city itself, “Hem” was a man of both virtue and vice. Too many highlights on the tour to list, but one, in particular, was his reaction to Gertrude Stein labeling him and his contemporaries as the “Lost Generation.” Daniel does a wonderful job.
