Viator aloud you to select a time when this company doesn’t assign times. We missed the boat time we wanted / selected through Viator bc we didn’t know there were actually no assigned times and wait was first come first serve with 40 min long wait tomes

Line for entry went on forever. Plan on a wait but once on board the cruise was amazing. We had an evening time slot and saw the city all lit up!

DO NOT BUY ON VIATOR!!!! The boat ride experience was great, but the tickets from Viator don’t work. And they have plenty available at the ticket office - even on a busy July evening. We got in line at 19:50 for our 20:30 boat ride, and it’s just a giant queue of people. A boat comes, the lost if full of people & that one leave and a new one comes. We got on about 20:10 & had a lovely ride with great views. The commentary was fine, but we were both very low on phone battery so we didn’t download the app. Walked after to get a crepe from a street vendor and then watched the Eiffel Tower light up!!

The whole experience was extremely pleasant and easy. The two operator accommodated us at an earlier time from our booking without charging us an extra fee. The whole boat ride was very smooth.

A great cruise on the Seine River! We did not book our tour with Viator until the morning of the cruise. We did get a notice that said soemthing like this is your redeemable voucher. When we tried to push the Get Tickets, it did not go anywhere. Anyway, we bought a second set of tickets. Should I be getting a refund???

We took the 1 hour Seine River cruise at the 7:00pm time in order to see the city lights and specifically the Eiffel Tower lit up. Our cruise left at 7:25pm. The timing couldn’t not have been better. The lights were spectacular and we had lovely skies as a backdrop for the lit buildings, numerous boats and the Eiffel Tower.
Was a very nice and relaxing river tour. We got to see highlights from a different perspective and the boat was nice. We did this as our last activity in Paris and was a nice way to end our vacation. This would also be good to start your vacation in Paris to give a better idea of what to visit.
I received tickets that did not work the specified location. Called operator no answer and no response. Called Viator and they said operator denied the refund despite operator not returning my calls or urgent messages.
We planned this trip for months and had only one day in Paris to do this tour and were left in the dust by both Viator and Tour Passion.
What is truly disappointing is that Viator is not supporting their customer but rather siding with the tour group.

Overcrowded, and much delayed departure time. Several bus loads of tours were loaded onto the boat. Noisy and crowded, and no place to sit….we were just jammed in. We left after waiting 45 minutes for the boat to even leave the dock…don’t know if it ever did leave, but it would have been a miserable “sail” on the river.
Very relaxing trip up and down the river. Plenty of space to roam the boat and take pictures. Great value!
A beautiful way to see the bridges and some of the architectural elements of the buildings as well as the Eiffel Tower . Great location , as it was only a walk to minute walk to the Effiel Tower. Lots of seating on upper deck. More comfortable seating below. Bathrooms available. The commentary was loud enough to hear for all.
Very crowded. Couldn’t hear the tour guide information. But overall it was a nice cruise at night to see some of the iconic landmarks from the river.

One negative is the audio was not very helpful and the lack of context was a big issue.
Long lines even though you buy it in advance. So save yourself the trouble and just make a last minute decision. They just keep on selling the tickets no matter how crowded. Boat ride is ok but wouldn't have missed anything if we didn't do it so if you have time and trying to figure out what to do, this could be one of those things.

It's not possible. We sent the tickets via viator and you didn't download them. You can still use them. They are Valid till September
We booked this in advance, which was honestly a bit pointless. They oversold tickets to people showing up on the day, and even though we got there 30 mins early, we were unable to get a seat on top of the boat. We had to sit on the bottom, which was okay, but since the audio guide pointed to things on each side of the boat, we were limited therefore to only seeing attractions on our side, which was really annoying. There should be some sort of priority for those booking in advance to at least get a seat on top so as to be able to see everything. It was a nice relaxing cruise, and despite the above, really enjoyable. Recommend getting there far in advance to get a good seat. Nice to do in the evening at sunset before seeing the Eiffel tower sparkle.

Bonjour. You saved at least 30 min time as you didn't queue up twice but once. Else you have to queue up for buying tickets. If a departure is full, you can wait and go on next one with less crowd.

The boat goes really fast. And the wi-fi was lost about 20 minutes into the trip. So who knows what we saw when.
Was really easy to find and get on! The cruise was an hour and brought us back to where we started. Nice and relaxing to see París from the river.

Great way to see paris from a different perspective. The line to the boat though is very long and once on a boat seating arrangement is a free for all. Def q challenge.
