I had booked a car for...

I had booked a car for May 1st. To be picked up at 11:15. At 11:30, I called and left a message, asking where my car was. I got a call back. He said that there was a misunderstanding. Because of the holiday Chateau de Chantilly was closed and they had scheduled me for May 2nd. They were not closed nor the restaurant Capitainerie in which I had reservations for 12:15. I told him I wanted the car today. Once the car arrived, we got to the Chateau 45min late.
