Our Driver was super nice. We actually thought we had a guide to tell us about different areas of Paris. Instead driving us to places we knew … but he was super nice and waited on us in several of the places we wanted to stop. But we never got explanation unless we asked. So basically for the price we paid it was not worth doing this tour .

Earnest was an absolutely excellent driver and a true professional! From the moment my family and I boarded the train from London to Paris, he stayed in constant communication with us and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. He was right there waiting to collect us as soon as we stepped off the train, which made the beginning of our Paris experience completely stress-free.
During our time together, Earnest went above and beyond simply providing transportation. He showed us so many beautiful Parisian sights, shared interesting historical information and stories about the landmarks, and made sure we had the opportunity to truly experience the city. He even took family photos for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch!
What impressed us most was how kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant Earnest was. He made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire experience, and his professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.
If you are booking a driver in Paris, do yourself a favor and request Earnest! You will not be disappointed. He helped make our family’s trip to Paris truly memorable, and we are so grateful for his wonderful service.

The Paris night light car ride was very good. We were able to take some great photos. The only problem we had was the pickup place. We went where the company told us was the pickup point. By the time we were picked up we had lost 20 minutes of our time which resulted in us not being able to see some of the places we wanted to see. Thank goodness the driver was able to reach us by phone.
Earnest went above and beyond to make the afternoon and evening special. He even bought my daughter a commerative coin at the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to Earnest we saw so much of the city and were able to enter sights we never would have been able to in the time we had available.

Lasantha was the most unbelievable driver! We had small hiccup with pick up location due to a computer mixup. Lasantha went over and beyond to find us and immediately let us know he would make sure we saw everything we had on our list.
Being my mothers first time in Paris I wanted her to see everything! It didn’t help we only had one day before our boat set sail, and, the Tour de France was going through! Most of the roads had been closed off making it difficult to navigate. Lasantha didn’t let that ruin the day, he checked off our list and showed us some of the spots that aren’t the typical touristy locations. My mother has limited mobility so we weren’t able to walk to many of the locations which would have made it impossible to see much of Paris. Lasantha got us as close to the front doors of the sights so we could hop out of the car and snap a picture.
He even made certain to get us back to our group at the end of the tour. Not only did he ensure our safety., he messaged me the following day to check on my mother. I can not give enough praise for his attention and his sincere desire to make our trip perfect. I highly highly recommend him for your next trip. We will most definitely be calling him for travels when we are back in Paris.

This was a terrific option to view Paris sites regardless what the weather is doing. We booked this tour while Paris is experiencing record high temperatures. Our driver was Sam, who was excellent! He took us to all the major sites and gave us the option to exit the vehicle to get some better photos all while remaining close so we could quickly return when the weather became unbearable. The company was also flexible allowing us to be picked up at CDG Airport which made our trip into the city center that much easier. I would recommend this option for anyone that wants a more personalized and comfortable experience. A final tip is to make sure you have WhatsApp installed using the same number you make the booking under as it makes communication with your driver seamless. 10/10 Experience!

Our driver, Mr. Earnest, arrived before our scheduled time and informed me by text of his arrival. He was neatly dressed, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and stayed interactive throughout the tour. Earnest met us at the CDG airport, right out the door from baggage claim, and swept us away in a most comfortable van, with offers of water or to stop wherever we might like for refreshment. Once we reached the city, he navigated through the traffic expertly while pointing out the various sites and highlights. He took particular care to engage our 18 year old grandson, even taking him to several interesting hidden gems that would be of special interest to him. Earnest was personable, engaging, accommodating and most helpful. Even got us into the Sacre Coeur ahead of the long line. We so appreciated Viator accommodating our request for airport pickup followed by the city tour, then drop off at our hotel. A terrific value and experience.

This is not about the driver at all !
Viator's system is not great, even thought I share all information the itinerary didn't include everything. I had to review all with the other company all over. This was waste of time for sure.
The car was average, no water was offered. The driver didn't offer any routes.

Very nice guy and accommodating. Pick up at hotel. This is not a tour but more of a car ride. It would be great if you had someone with you to explain the sights and history, because this does not include history or information. Not a city tour.

This was the best way to see all of the sights on my list and I was able to get some great pictures of the Christmas lights around Paris! We have been to Paris several times, but being here at Christmas time was a special treat! This tour was a complete disaster and genuinely felt unsafe. The driver was confrontational with me and our licensed guide from the start. He refused to follow the itinerary, ignored instructions, and repeatedly left us waiting 30–40 minutes after each stop. Because of this, we only made it to two stops before we chose to end the tour early just to get away from him.
After the tour, things got even worse. The driver called me twice after 9:30 pm the same night. I only provided Viator with the screenshot of those calls, because that alone shows how inappropriate and unsettling this situation was. Late-night contact from a driver after a complaint is not normal and not safe.
When I reported the incident, Viator dismissed the safety concern and relied entirely on the operator’s denial. They claimed the tour was “fully completed,” even though that is not true. Their response showed no interest in reviewing the actual behavior of the driver or protecting customers.
This is not a company I trust with my safety or money.
Avoid this tour. There are plenty of reputable operators in Paris — this is not one of them.

Our driver was on time to pick us up at the train station. He was very knowledgeable about the streets of Paris. We were able to go to the places we wanted to go with ease. He made it a great experience for the short amount of time we had in Paris.
