It a short period of time we were able to see a lot of Paris. We had never been to Paris and we saw the iconic places with a wonderful guide who made it so convenient for us. He dropped us off so close to each site, it was wonderful.

Maya and Alain were just simply incredible. When I booked this for my parents quick day trip to Paris, I wanted them to see as much possible but also with some time at each stop to soak it in and take pictures. I was also particular about certain stops especially a bakery.
All I can say is that they are truly outstanding from start to finish. Alain (the guide) went above and beyond in every possible way- accomodating every request, taking wonderful care of my parents and making sure they saw not only the major highlights but also some of the spots I personally wanted them to experience.
They were warm, knowledgeable, incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely invested in creating an unforgettable experience. My parents left paris raving about how much they learned, how amazing Alain was as a guide and how they can't wait to come back to paris and spend couple of days to slow it down and really enjoy the city and food.
I can't recommend this experience highly enough. After 2 other operators cancelling my booking last minute, I'm glad I came across Maya. If you are considering a day tour in Paris for yourself or for your family members, just books with them - you will not be dissapointed

We booked this tour at the very last minute (like less than 24 hours before we were to arrive on a 12 hour layover in Paris). Fadi was very communicative and was right on time to pick us up from the airport. His car was very comfortable and he was a great driver. We asked if we could see a few other spots along the way, and Fadi was able to accomodate us (due to there being less traffic than normal). We even had time to stop and enjoy a drink at an outdoor sidewalk cafe and watch people pass by. Sometimes Fadi joined us to the sites, and sometimes he stayed with the car (depending on how easy parking was at the particular site). When he joined us, he doubled as our photographer, as well. He even took some pictures with his phone (because his camera was better than ours), and then sent them to us immediately. We had such an amazing time with Fadi and highly recommend booking this tour. We even recommended it to people we ran into at our next destination who had a layover on the way home. You can't go wrong with this tour while on a layover!

Amazing experience from start to finish!
From the clear communication with Maya via WhatsApp to the smooth pickup and drop-off, everything was seamless. Our driver, Fadi, was on time, very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure we saw all the major sites within the time we had.
We went on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM, which was perfect virtually no traffic, making the tour a 10/10 experience. Although it was a bit pricey, it was the only available option at the time, and it was absolutely worth it.

Our group of 11 had an exceptional Paris layover-tour thanks to guide Fadi and event coordinator Maya with Viator. Maya handled the logistics with clear communication before and during the trip, quick answers, and intelligent scheduling that kept us ahead of crowds. Every transfer and timing detail was locked in, saving us time so we could enjoy more of Paris.
Fadi was outstanding on the ground. He's deeply knowledgeable without lecturing, keeps the pace right for all ages, and adjusts on the fly when we need breaks. He navigated the Louvre and Eiffel Tower efficiently, pointed out details we'd never have noticed, and shared practical context, not trivia. He also knew the best photo spots, a couple of low-key cafés, and fantastic shopping that hit the mark—good food, excellent brand accessibility with no tourist-trap pricing.

The experience itself and our driver were fantastic. The challenge for us was finding the pick up point but that was not the driver’s fault. The airport was confusing and because we had a handicapped mother who had to exit from a different area, no one helped us get reunited with her and it was a mess. It delayed us by 45 minutes. Nevertheless, our driver was patient and friendly. We enjoyed the tour despite the rain. He was very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you very much!

This tour was excellent! Our tour guide Alain was at the airport on time. Very professional, courteous and friendly! He took us to the major sightseeing places telling us of the history of the specific place. We ended the tour at”Montmartre” which is a must see! There we were able to do a little shopping at very reasonable prices. Alain got us back to the airport on time to catch our flight. I highly recommended this tour!

Fadi was top notch! He was personable, knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and flexible. We added on the extra hour due to short photo shoot. Fadi can actually be a photographer too; he has a natural eye and won’t hesitate to take pictures for you. He took us to our favorite sites, including a coffee shop that was on our must-do list. He gave us historical information as we zipped around town. Safety was a priority and his car was comfortable. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

We had such a great time on this tour with Fadi! He was professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable, sharing insights that made every stop more interesting. He also knew some of the very best locations to visit and was amazing at pointing out the perfect spots for photos (and taking them for us too!). We really appreciated how flexible he was and how he adjusted the itinerary to match what we were most excited about. Fadi made the whole experience fun and stress-free. First of all, the price quoted had us doing 8 stops and we were OK with it. They waited till we landed in Paris to tell us that Tour de France was happening that day and we could only do 3 stops. Imagine our frustration that we paid 807 dollars and only had 3 stops. We complained to Viator and they didn't refund part of our money back. We will never recommend this company to anyone. Just do your own touring, it would have been cheaper with taxis. I am so upset that we flew in for the day and only went to 3 sites for 807 dollars. Horrible company and horrible experience

Our intention was to provide you with a full and comprehensive tour, and we made every effort to show you as much of Paris as possible within the given circumstances. It would not cost us anything to visit all the planned spots within the reserved time, so why would we intentionally limit the tour to only 3 spots? I understand your frustration and unhappiness with our service, but that does not justify overreacting or exaggerating by calling us cheats. The layover tour was perfect! We were met at the airport by our guide, Fadi, and driven into Paris to see the highlights. He promised us a sunny afternoon and delivered- despite the downpour we were in as we left the terminal. He knew all the best places for photos and took so many great pictures of us! We learned some history, had a great croissant, saw the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and toured Notre Dame. Importantly, we made it back to the airport in plenty of time for our next flight. Loved this layover tour! Fadi was very nice and a great guide! He knew amazing spots to take pictures and gave us great knowledge and tips about the places we went. He offered to stop at a patisserie and allowed us time to take pictures and enjoy the places. This tour allowed my daughters to see the beautiful touristic places in a quick and fun atmosphere.

This was truly an experience of a lifetime. We had a 9 hour layover in Paris and was the best 9 hours we spent. Specifically the ease of leaving and retuning to the airport. All this was made possible with this viator tour. This was especially great as our tour guide arrived on time and communicated so well prior to picking us up. Our tour guide was Fadi and he made this experience the best we could have possibly asked for. He was so friendly, professional and even understanding of our time constraints. We saw so much and experience so much in a 5 hour period which I thought was not going to be possible. Fadi went out of his way to treat us as if he knew us well and fulfilled all our request. He was accommodating and even went out of his way when we toured to get us the best croissants we had ever had. On top of that he took us to a place the originated the macaroons La Duree and it was phenomenal. We had an amazing time and will be back for a longer stay due to our positive experience. Thank you

This the perfect way to see Paris and see many of the big monuments if you have an extended layover. Our drive was polite, we'll versed in areas to park to let us get out at our stops. We were picked up at the CDG hotel and dropped off afterwards.

Recommend anyone to use! Alían was flexible and upfront about costs and very knowledgeable of the area and the best time to see what attractions. Trustworthy, my wife and I left our carry on luggage with a lot of cash in the vehicle with the guide at times with no issues.

Our group had a long layover in Paris, and my friends wanted to take the train to see some landmarks. I found this tour and booked it a couple days before the trip, so glad I did! Our guide Fadi was knowledgeable about the landmarks and their history, and knew where we could get with the time we had and current traffic conditions. Our driver Lian did a great job dropping us off close and being nearby to pick us back up. There is no way we could have seen this much in such a short time navigating the city on our own. All my friends were so impressed with me for lining up such an awesome tour, but it was so easy! I would definitely do it again.

This tour was an amazing way to spend our time while waiting for our next flight. We hit some rush hour traffic, but our tour guide, Fadi, anticipated it and was able to modify our trip to incorporate the delay. We stopped at all the major attractions and drove by even more. We even stopped at some local bakeries and got some delicious treats and coffee. This is a must do when passing through Paris!

Ask Maya has great communications.Answered all our questions in advance and give us directions where and when to meet our tour guide Fadi at the airport. Fadi speaks great English. Showed us everything possible for the tour time frame.He was very polite, was explaining all the tourist attractions and monuments we passed by, helped us taking pictures at attractions we stoped. We even stoped for a coffee and very nice pastries on the way to the Eiffel Tower. At the end of the tour Fadi dropped us off at our departure terminal.
