Pickup and dropoff from Charles De Gaulle Airport and Orly Field are offered. There are two options; a 2-hour tour and a 4-hour one. It is advisable that you have at least 4 and 7 hours gap, respectively, between your flights. Kindly note that there is one-hour complimentary waiting time after your scheduled pickup time. If your flight is delayed, then the additional 1-hour waiting time begins at the time of your arrival. If you have any inquiries or wish to adjust the itinerary contact us right after your booking. Your Welcome Pickups driver will be waiting for you at the selected pickup location and time. Before your ride, you’ll receive your driver’s details — including their name, phone number, and car information — so you can easily recognize them. Your driver will arrive on time and be ready to assist you and any special requests before starting your journey. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions—please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage can be accommodated. Please note: If your group consists of 4 travelers and each person has large luggage, a minivan may be required for a comfortable fit. To ensure a minivan is assigned, please make the booking for 5 passengers.
- Throughout your ride, our drivers serve as informal local guides—sharing stories, history, and local tips at every stop. Please note that drivers are not permitted to enter museums or archaeological areas, but they’ll ensure you make the most of your visit with suggestions and background information before you explore on your own.
- Some stops on your itinerary may be closed on the date of travel due to public holidays, maintenance or special events. We recommend verifying opening hours on the attraction’s official website or contacting us before your tour. If a stop is unexpectedly closed, we will try to offer a suitable alternative.

Don’t book through this. They do not operate the tour directly. Called several times to a different provider and still haven’t gotten anywhere with a resalution.

Our tour was cancelled because they needed a flight number. I thought I gave it. Turns out I gave the wrong one. Communication was not timely enough for me to correct my mistake so when we arrived on-time at the pre-agreed upon time, no one was waiting for us. I tried contacting the Viator customer service, the Welcome Pickups (third party vendor) who told us yet another party was who we needed. The message app was useless also; no one responded. I finally had to cancel and we found the local tourism kiosk at the airport terminal arranged a spur of the moment tour for us. They were fantastic. Viator and Welcome Pickups were a colossal disappointment.

Disappointed in the communication with this company with very poor customer service. I input my flight info at the time of reservation and also notified them a day in advance via message that our flight would be delayed by an hour. Despite this, the driver showed up at the original landing time and then marked me as a no show and left after waiting 20 minutes. When I landed and reached out and he notified me of this, I responded that I had messaged them yesterday and also provided our flight info for this very reason, and the response back to me was that this is “your fault” because he didn’t see my message and somehow the reservation had also been created for a hotel by the airport instead of the airport. I called customer service to see if they could send another driver, who kept pulling up the incorrect reservation and told me she would need two minutes to look into it, but instead hung up on me and then stopped picking up when I tried calling back. Needless to say, the whole thing felt very much like a scam. I am sure I am not the first person with a delayed transatlantic flight or this experience, so be forewarned and consider looking somewhere more reliable. Communication prior to the trip was also very poor.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. We had a 12 hour layover in Paris and thought this would be the perfect way to see the highlights in such a short time. I paid up front, received inquiries from the tour company (fight time, airline, etc) but when I reached out to ask about pickup location, no response. I reached out to Viator the day before the trip to confirm everything since I hadn't received a response from the local tour company and they ensured me everything was set. We land in Paris, no tour driver. I spend 2 hours on the phone (@ .25 a minute since I'm now using my phone internationally) calling the tour operator and Viator, waiting on hold etc. for Viator to say they're unable to reach the tour company, they'll have to request a refund. So after prepaying 660.00 for a 4 hour tour, no one showed up, I spent additional money waiting on hold, we rented a car for the day (340.00) instead so we weren't just stuck at the airport for 12 hours. Awful and stressful way to start our trip.

Our host/driver Farid was great! Wonderful communication before our tour, and was very knowledgeable about the city showing us both the big sites and also pointing out small things that we never would have known about. Give this a try if you have the time in Paris and don’t want to try to navigate it yourself!

We had a very short timeframe to see all we wanted to see and our tour guide did not disappoint!!! He was in touch with us ahead of time to organize our adventure, was kind and VERY thoughtful and knowledgeable. He kept us laughing along the way as well. Our tour guide was Ahmed of At Luxury. He was in contact with me via WhatsApp even before we arrived in France. We had about 5.5 hrs of a layover. We were able to get through customs relatively quickly (not sure if this is always the case) and our guide was waiting for us. He had a list of places we could go - but it is custom to each group. It was about 1 hour to the city center and 1 hour back. We had a drive around the highlights of Paris and ended at the Eiffel tower! At our request he took us to a cute cafe that was overlooking the Eiffel tower (or at least in the close vicinity) for a glass of Champagne and crepes! Ahmed was able to predict the amount of time we would need to safely get back to the airport and through security. It all went smoothly. It was the best way to kill 6 hours after a long 8 hour flight! I would highly recommend this tour and Ahmed!

What a beautiful layover we had in Paris thanks to Hazam! Not only was he there on time, his vehicle was super clean, he had snacks too and he went beyond the normal to make us sense and live Paris, even with the traffic! We had a 10hr layover in Paris heading to Dubai. The tour guides were in contact with me several days prior and up to our arrival date, which gave me comfort. They were very patient with us as me maneuvered through Charles De Gaulle trying to locate them. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Chathura, Ahmed & Waheb for their service. We were promptly picked up at the airport by JD and he drove us straight to Paris city. He was very friendly, and made sure we saw all major attractions but at our own pace. The car was very comfortable with water and candy. Highly recommend JD (Javed), he made our tour extra special. We even got to eat croissants at a cafe facing the Eiffel Tower. Five stars!

Anis was excellent. After pickup, he spent four hours going above and beyond. We initially prioritized 2 spots but he convinced us to go to 3 other spots while still enjoying the most from the two places we focused on. At the end, he dropped us off and spent 15 extra minutes ensuring we knew which transport to take and confirmed with the shuttle driver. Highly recommend Anis.

Asim, our driver was INCREDIBLE!!! Ask for him by name! He was knowledgeable, he professional, and most of all he used his people skills to help us have an amazing time, and we had a two year in tow! He knows Paris so all the ‘hidden’ places were visited by us. We could not have asked for a better guide / driver and a more fulfilling experience! We had such a great time in Paris, we plan on using aviator for another upcoming trip to a different country. I highly recommend them!

Anis was awesome - very personable and flexible.He made sure to ask what we wanted to see. First our flight was delayed 2 hours…We contacted Anis via what’s app and he immediately responded “no problem “. He took us to see the highlights and we even had time for a little shopping. I booked a party of eleven on a Paris Layover Tour. The tour guides were present upon arrival. Both were courteous, and very professional. Of importance to the group was flexibility. We were able to explore the sites we wanted to see, and take photographs. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their taste of Paris, and now know where they’d like to spend time upon their return. I would highly recommend this tour, should you have a decent layover in Paris!

We were excited to see the eiffel tower from multiple view points and get pictures. JD was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He also took us to the best spots for treats and more.
