This was a great way to see Paris and eat amazing food at the same time. The staff was accommodating and professional. The food was great and nothing but amazing views. If you’re looking to learn history or facts on the sites not the best tour for that but if you want a different culinary experience it’s perfect.

This is a great way to see Paris for the first time before exploring as you drive through some of the main attractions but without an actual guided tour. It's relaxing, food was delicious.

It never happened. I booked for 2 people. The morning of the event, I noticed my digital ticket had a “canceled” banner on the top. I sent a message asking if this was accurate. I received a message back saying they would look into it. About an hour before the scheduled meeting, I received confirmation that my event was indeed confirmed canceled. I carried on with my morning.
About an hour later, I received a call from the actual tour company asking me where I was. They were waiting for my party. I told them about my experience and they said they were not canceled at all. I was about 20 minutes away from the meeting place and I wouldn’t make it on time.
I need to get my money back since it seems I was getting conflicting information about an event that was scheduled, “canceled” and then actually took place.
It’s too bad because I was really looking forward to the tour!

Even though I had read the description of the bustronome bus, and knew to expect a gourmet lunch, I was still so pleasantly surprised! The quality of the food was superb, and the presentation beautiful! The servers were very friendly and did a great job serving everybody in a moving vehicle 😅

Word of advice! If you have any food allergies or are vegetarian, definitely tell them ahead of time because it is a fixed menu!

Enjoyed the experience very much, but I didn’t give it 5 stars because even though you had your phone with you that had a map and number code there was absolutely no announcement as to which number exhibit you were passing. And as a first time visitor other than the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Trumps it was quite frustrating to say the least! I’d do the hop on hop off bus. But on a good note the lunch was delicious and the wine as well. So it made up for the tour itself

It was a nice tour, different for sure but I’m glad to have enjoyed the experience of having a nice lunch while a comfortable bus maneuvered traffic allowing us to see the sights. The two servers were efficient though not very friendly. They had a job to do and did it well but a more pleasant attitude and smile now and then would have enhanced my experience.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy seeing much of Paris and this experience was perfect. The food, and the service were phenomenal; even my vegetarian fare was delicious and not bland. The bus itself is both charming and modern. I kept telling my husband how content I was during our four course lunch.
As a mom of four, I would not want to take children under twelve on this bus, but that’s just my personal preference. It’s a relaxing, primarily adult vibe. I was so relaxed and would 100% recommend this experience!

Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Inflexibility
I was traveling with three children and, unfortunately, missed the initial meeting time and location due to unforeseen transportation issues. I reached out immediately and was willing to meet the group at the next stop to still participate in the tour. The Viator representative I spoke with assured me that Bustronome would allow us to join the tour at the next location. Based on that, we went out of our way—going in circles—trying to meet the group.
However, on our way, Bustronome refused to let us join, stating that once the tour has started, no one can be added, regardless of the circumstances. This complete lack of flexibility and empathy, especially for someone traveling with young children, was incredibly frustrating.
Even worse, the miscommunication between Viator and Bustronome caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Had we been given accurate information, we would have made different decisions.
I strongly urge both Viator and Bustronome to improve your communication. At the very least, your representatives should not be giving out incorrect information that adds to the customer’s distress.

The bus itself was great, offering beautiful views and nice food with good service. However, there was no audio tour at all! This felt more like a ‘restaurant on wheels’ than an actual tour. While the food was good, it’s definitely not what I would consider a proper tour. In my opinion, this is misleading advertising.
