The boat sailed 45 mins late which ment we just sat there waiting to be served. When the food arrived the bread rolls were stale and the veal was too tough to eat. The boat mostly sailed up and down.the same stretch of river and when we eventually got back we had missed out taxi. All in all a night to forget.

We boarded the boat waited an additional 30 minutes to leave. When we left we stopped in 10 minutes to pickup another large private party.
Which then caused service problems the rest of the dinner cruise.

The trip on the Siena was nice, the food wasn’t the best. There was no communication with the staff or any friendly service. €9 for a bottle of water, €20 if you want to seat next to the window. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to spend A LOT on a tasteless meal.

It was an okay experience but nothing special. The food was decent but not great. After dinner they played very awkward and overly loud birthday music, abruptly starting and stopping, which wasn't great to listen to.

It was a little cold but that is to be expected on the river at night. The staff was nice. I gave it a 4 because I thought everything was included but the drinks were not ...even coffee there was a charge.

The cruise was cancelled without any notice from the company. Many people were left waiting at the port without any guidance or even an employee who could inform them of what had happened. The booking was made by my company for a couple of clients, whose wife is pregnant, and they stood for an hour in the cold waiting for the activity. The couple called me for information, and I managed to contact the activity provider by telephone. It was then that I became aware that the event had been cancelled.
Although the cause was due to the rains that led to the river rising, there could have been someone there to guide the people who were waiting for the activity to start.
We received an email from Viator on the day of the attraction confirming the activity.
On the company's website www.eiffelcroisières.com there is no information about the suspension of activities due to the weather.
A TOTAL DISRESPECT. I hope we will be reimbursed. We received a message saying that we should wait another 7 days for a response from the provider.

The location for the departure was changed the day of the event. The instructions weren't clear and we had difficulty locating the boat.
We boarded late. Upon boarding, we were notified that our course was changed due to high water levels. We didn't see any of the historical architecture that was promised.
When the departure location was changed, we should have been notified that the water level would affect the event. I would have cancelled and requested reimbursement.
The view during the cruise was terrible.
Food was good, service was poor. A show of hands for the ordering process instead of asking each participant one by one? Who does that???

The company that owns the boat is a fraudulent company. They posted one address where to meet the boat and send another email address saying that they are in another location instead.. We went to both locations and the boat is not there when I contacted the company for a refund. They told me call viator because I didn’t buy the tickets from them. I contacted viator and they told me they can’t give me a refund. I am out of $300 and did not go on this dinner boat with my family. be aware of this company.

A bit difficult to find, it's further down than the instructions give, so give yourself extra time. It's an intimate experience, staff was friendly and helpful, great views. Great experience for a romantic evening dinner.

Got a window view for 20 euros. They do charge for beverages. Two basket rounds of bread and butter. Nice, calming experience. Recommend for first-timers or special events. Someone celebrated their birthday here. They have 3 meal options (meat, seafood, and vegetarian.)

We gave this experience 3 stars only because of the boat’s presentation and the dessert.
The interior of the boat is nice and well presented, but the overall experience was disappointing.
Right at arrival, we were told that choosing a window table would cost an extra €20, which we found absolutely unacceptable. Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that window tables require an additional payment. This felt misleading and unfair.
The menu selection was poorly explained, with almost no guidance from the staff.
The starter from the “traditional dish” was honestly terrible. The main course was just average and not something we would order again. The dessert was the only good part.
Considering the price we paid, the experience was not worth it at all.

Amazing evening - perfect food and service.
We arrived early and weren’t quite sure where to meet the boat but the crews from other boats were really helpful.
On arrival to the boat we were shown our seats upstairs and asked which menu we wanted - we opted for the seafood . There was a good selection of wine with prices as we expected.
The food was perfect - all 3 courses and waiter was very helpful all evening.
Boat views were beautiful. We had a perfect wedding anniversary night. Thankyou

Option to select a window seat upon arrival, for €10 per person. Departure is actually at 9 o’clock. Boat has an upstairs, which you may also request. Views are excellent; timing coincides with hourly flashing of Eiffel Tower lights. Dinner was good.

The experience was very rushed. It felt like a production and not a special evening. Also, in France, water and bread are to be given. When we asked for table water, we were told there was only water to purchase.

The cruise was very nice and the staff were exceptional! I felt like the food was good but not great. Could just be a taste preference. My biggest concern though was the location given vs where we found the boat. The directions were not clear on how to find the boat. It was pretty far from the location given to us so that was really stressful. I was sweaty by the time I got to the boat because we were looking for it.

We booked this tour for a girls night out ik Paris ... The food was just ok ..It was warm at best. They said it's a Champagne Dinner Cruise. The Champagne is not included you have to buy that once your aboard.. Ther service was great , staff was friendly and helpful.
