Wonderful, warm, and full of information

Very warm, welcoming, and accommodating! The second we met our guide and chauffeur, it was instantly comfortable. Both had a kindness about them. They asked what we wanted to see, and they adjusted. The traffic was relatively light so we were able to get out and walk around a bit. Gorgeous weather and fantastic sights! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us alot about the French culture and history. It was so wonderful.

Could not hear tour guide.

We had a driver and a guide. The driver was late and did not have water. We finally got water at end of tour. Bring your own water. Our guide was Chris who was very nice. Only problem she had a very bad sound system for the van. There were 4 people of the tour. The people closest to guide could hear if sound system was not to loud. In the back we could not hear the guide. Out of van we could hear Chris and got a lot of information. The tour was ok but guide needs to invest in better sound system.

One of the best tours we have ever done!!! Joanna and the driver were on time waiting for us at Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel. Their energy and knowledge is outstanding! We really enjoyed our Paris Tour yesterday! Joanna was extremely nice and took very good care of us. She also provided us a list of recommendations of restaurants.

Great tour- comprehensive and flexible

Veronique was very friendly and knowledgeable. She arrived in our hotel Lobby promptly as scheduled. She was very flexible and accommodating to our input on the tour. The tour was comprehensive in that we saw a broad area along with key sites included. At the conclusion of our trip, she requested a map from our hotel and showed us where we had gone and also how to navigate the metro to our next planned activity. A map available during the tour would have been helpful to get our bearings in progress. We highly recommend this activity early in your stay to help you plan the rest.

A disaster, improvised and 0 stars

They were half an hour late, and they made it clear that it was still over at 2 p.m. Instead of taking a prepared tour, we were told that where we wanted to go, like? The logical thing is that they have an experience of seeing Paris. They improvised, but all in a hurry, there will be many people, there will also be many people so we will NOT enter Notredam, amazing, already anxious experience from the beginning. After going to Noredam, as it was already afternoons we were taken to Montmantre and there we found what they told us a demonstration, stuck in traffic, and then improvised walking to Montmatre, but it was not a demonstration, it was the vintage party, famous in Paris, that they should know so as not to get us into a traffic jam inside the car and lose an hour more. An impromptu 2-hour Euro1002 Service, a full-fledged robbery, a horrible walking experience, when you pay for a Luxury Guide and Transportation Service. We've done the same thing in other cities and 10 here from 0. Don't take it, a taxi for 100 euros does the same thing and you don't look like fools.

Esto es lo que el 99.99% de los viajeros quieren, algo personalizado para ellos. NO HABIA ninguna entrada incluida en el tour. Ustedes quisieron entrar en Notre Dame. Como puede entender no habían tickets incluidos entonces las colas son muy largas. Por otro lado, ustedes son conscientes que si hay una manifestación es algo de fuerza mayor. No se cancelan las visitas por manifestación. Atascos en Paris hay SIEMPRE. La guía intentó hacer lo mejor para que puedan disfrutar de su día pero ustedes ya empezaron enfadados porque nadie nos notificó del cambio de hotel.
