Sold Fake Time - Missed Museum

This experience is marketed as a reserved time ticket which helps massively with wait times at the museum. They are actually just general tickets with no reserved time. In our case we bought and paid for a reserved time of 17:30 only to arrive to discover the museum stops accepting guests at 17:00 so we did not get in and missed the museum. Unbelievable. I would avoid these tickets unless you are looking for general unreserved tickets but even then I would not support this business. They are intentionally mis-representing information and I see others have complained to the same thing. Viator needs to remove this listing and stop working with this agency or demand correcting the marketing.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR!!! i purchased a fast track entry ticket to avoid the hour wait. I presented the ticket at my designated time and after he scanned it he told me my ticket wasnt a fast track ticket and that if I wanted to go to the museum I had to get in back of line which had an hour plus wait and wrapped around the block. I texted and called the operator and no one replied and days later refused to refund my money. I went on the reviews unfortunately after I was scammed and saw 15 reviews all saying the same thing. Viator should be held responsible for an operator that routinely scams people out of their money. That is why I use the site. But they weren’t any help either. So whatever you do don’t book with this company and be careful when you use Viator as they will do nothing to help if they allow someone on their site to scam you.

This is not a timed entry. It is misleading since you pick a time. We picked 9 am but the museum did not open till 9:30. However, this allowed us to be in line early and see much of the museum before the crowds came in. Excellent museum for impressionists

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! My tickets (voucher) said to meet at the museum and present my voucher in return for my tickets. I saw no one from DREAM WORLD, the operator and was not allowed entry into the museum.

The museum was too crowded. It was a bit helpful to have the tickets in advance. It was so crowded that it was hard to appreciate the arts. The building itself was truly magnificent and we enjoyed a coffee on the rooftop terrace.
