I showed up to the Louvre museum and the ticket they sent me did not include the official audio guide as advertised. Reached out to the company with no response. I will be seeking a refund and recommend everyone avoid this company.

Not very explanatory in how it works. I don’t get any instructions on where to go, or how to get the audio guide. I was very confused. Then they delivered my tickets via WhatsApp without my telling me first. I haven’t used that app in years. I ended up exploring the museum on my own without the audio because the museum ran out. I was told I would get a 6€ refund but I doubt that’ll happen. Completely unsatisfactory experience.
