We can not recommend Tamari highly enough; she was amazing, fun and so helpful! As a Sorbonne university graduate, writer and theater arts person she had a wonderful and unique perspective on all things Latin quarter (including that it has nothing to do with Spanish but all to do with Latin history). We heard personal and detailed information of fun and challenging student life, Shakespeare bookstore (not to be missed), history, jazz clubs, restaurants, Pantheon, bookstores, libraries, culminating with Luxembourg Gardens. Absolute Delight!! Ask for Tamari she is amazing, knowledgeable and filled with joie de vivre!! Thank you!

We (2) were at the appointed meeting spot (Shakespeare and company book store) 10 minutes early and waited until 1425. No tour guide showed up

Tour? What tour!

We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start time and there was nobody there, I contacted Viator and they sent me the local tour operator’s number which was continuously busy. I waited 20 minutes then demanded a refund and was told “maybe”. Normally I don’t have a problem with viator but in Paris I seem to have nothing but problems, including no-shows and cancellations the night before.

The guide never showed up. No advance warning, zero communication at the time of the tour, no apologies afterwards… One star goes to another unrelated guide who kindly explained how to get a refund… Bad business for the tour company

Nica was a wonderful guide. He had extensive knowledge of the area, history and buildings. Finishing at Luxembourg Gardens gave us opportunity to have a lovely stay relaxing in the cool gardens.

Excellent tour! Guide was incredibly knowledgeable and upbeat. I ended up being the only one on the tour and got a 1-on-1 experience. Pierre was a truly lovely companion and I learned so much about the history, economy and political landscape of Paris. Would definitely recommend!
