Wonderful tour through central Paris in a gorgeous DS21. Amazing how well our driver got us round all the sights in rush hour.
May I, gently, suggest that the guide slows down his flow of information. Very informative in great English but tricky with all the windows open to hear/understand.

We got to see all the sights, and given all the picture suggestions along the way. Also be prepared that your tour will also be a sightseeing event for other travelers taking pictures of you.

We booked a 3-hour tour in a vintage Citroën DS for a special birthday celebration. Overall, it was a mixed experience that functioned more as a stylish chauffeur service than a guided cultural tour.
The Positives:
The car itself is incredible—it’s a beautiful piece of history that turns heads and gets a lot of attention throughout the city. Our driver was a nice man and a skilled navigator, expertly "zooming" through Paris traffic with ease. He was also very helpful in finding the best spots for photos, which we appreciated.
The Disappointments:
As a "tour," this experience fell completely flat. The issues went far beyond a language barrier (his English is limited) Our driver seemed fundamentally unable to connect with his audience or fulfill the basic requirements of a guide. He provided next to none cultural or historical commentary; instead, he simply pointed at things and named them (at best gave a date of when it was built) without stories or engaging context.
At times, The commentary was almost comical in its randomness. He pointed out "gas station" three times, and named grocery stores , 5-star hotels and a list of luxury brand stores, as we passed them, providing no further information—something we could obviously see for ourselves.
Also distracting and unprofessional, however, was his attempt to "engage" by showing us K-pop and other celebrity contents on his phone while we were touring. Even when we showed absolutely no interest, he continued. It was a strange distraction and took away from the beauty of the city we had paid to see. When we tried to ask about history or culture, he either gave no response or continued to his random, irrelevant comments.
Verdict:
If you want a stylish "joy ride" in a cool car and someone to take photos for you, this works. But if you are looking for a professional guide who can provide cultural depth and engage with a family, this is not it. It felt like a hollow performance that was often more confusing than informative.

Regrettably, the private sightseeing tour was cancelled by the provider due to vehicle issues, with confirmation that both vehicles were out of order. This is disappointing, and I am now required to cancel and pursue a refund.

Hello,
You booked last minute at 10:23 for 15:00 the black car.
I have already a tour with the red car from 9:30 to 11:30 and the car broke down at 10:47.
I send you a message at 12:06 and asked you if it's possible to do later in the night or tomorrow. You refused.
The tow truck came at 12:38 and we get the red car in the garage at 13:36.
I get back to my place with public transportation and get a car to go near Rouen to get a new gearbox for the red car at 17:15. I provided the new gearbox to the garage at 19:15.
Someone else make a last minute booking with GYG at 14:35 for 17:00 with the red car and they agreed to do the tour at 20:15 with the black car.
For the refund I need to answer within 48 hours and of course after your review I'm going to wait 47 hours and 59 min before answering.

This experience was not just disappointing, it was deeply upsetting. This tour was part of my elderly, disabled grandmother’s bucket list, and we were in Paris for just over 24 hours. Abi failed to show up, leaving us both standing in the rain at the meeting point with no warning and no apology. Because of the short notice, we were left without any alternative way to see the sights, which was particularly distressing given the significance of this trip for her.
Abi then asked me to cancel the booking, despite knowing that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Had I followed his instruction, I would have lost the entire cost of the tour, even though it was he who failed to meet the booking. To me, this felt like a cheeky and inappropriate attempt to retain the payment despite not providing the service.
When I explained we couldn’t wait an additional 1.5 hours due to a pre-booked dinner reservation, still no apology was offered. Instead, I received rude and unprofessional messages. He also admitted he had already taken the car to the garage and was on his way home by train, meaning he knew well in advance that he wouldn’t make our scheduled time but still chose not to inform us.
I opened a case with Viator to request a refund, but he has been unresponsive to their enquiries as well, causing further unnecessary delays.
Overall, the conduct was extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a complete lack of respect for our time and circumstances.

Maybe you don't understand English I think.
I said I have a tour with the red car from 14:00 to 15:30 and the car broke down after 1h at the Arc of Triumph. The police come directly to secure the spot and around 16:30 the car it's already in the garage.
Around 17:00 when I'm on the RER on may way to get the black car, because you booked the black car not the red, I asked if it's ok if we start at 19:00 and not at 17:30, you said no because you have dinner so I suggest after the dinner but you said no again and wanted a refund so I said ok but first let me get home first after the force major event. But you pressure me to get a refund asap but you didn't book with me directly but with Viator so I said ask them. Viator said I have 48 hours to reply after the first message so I waited 47 hours 59 min to answer and agreed to the refund. Maybe next time stop pressure the supplier after a force major event and try to be comprehensive if you want a quick refund.

We really enjoyed our night tour of Paris. We saw all the main sites an and many wonderful neighborhoods. While we have been in Paris many times, some of the neighborhoods were new to us. Also, many of the major sites were from an angle we had not experienced before. My reason for the 4 rating is the drivers English was difficult to understand.

I needed to briefly delay the start time of the tour and they refused and said if I couldn’t make it I’d loose the money. They were extremely rude and uncaring and completely unwilling to work with me.

You messaged me on Viator on June 28 at 15:23, 15:27 like you want to postpone your tour later and I said no.
You tried to call me at 15:45, we started a conversation on iMessage at 15:48. I said again no. Your answer “The plans have changed so there will only be 1 person on the tour today.“ at 15:50, "I'm needing to cancel the tour I understand third is no refund" at 16:21, "I can't make it at 5 o'clock, so I'm having to cancel" at 16:29 when I'm already in the front of the hotel. The last minute booking it's 2 hours before so if you contact me at 15:23 it's too late, yes.
You booked with a OTA so Online Travel Agency, you choose the time, the pick up, under 24 hours it's too late to change anything. Maybe read before book? Maybe the rude one in this case it's you, not me. I didn't choose for you the time and pick up but you.

Abi, I think I’m spelling it right, took all around the city at a very fast pace so we got to see sooo many sights. It was fun, he also is a great photographer. It was a very hot out, but he couldn’t control that. We had an amazing time but Paris was very crowded so I’m glad he had inside knowledge on how to get around. We did it just to figure out where things were. It was nice he picked us up from our apartment we rented. All around great experience and everyone was looking at us and the car. My daughter started waving at people like she was famous.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The tour guide didn’t know anything. He would point out obvious things like , there is a Starbucks on the left, and a high school. The first hour we didn’t even see any landmarks. It was a complete waste of money and I’m severely unsatisfied. Also his English was extremely poor, we could barely understand what he was saying. After he kept pointing out uninteresting places like Starbucks and high schools, I told him that we’re here to see the landmarks, and he wasted our time by doubleing back to where we started the tour. It was just horrible all around. I wouldn’t book with this agency and certainly not the driver. Also he was more interested in the car than giving us a tour around the city. Even afterwards he said, so what do you think about the car instead of how did you like the tour. I’m really upset because it’s my husband and I wedding anniversary and we really wanted to capture pictures infront of landmarks. We are only here for less than 48 hours (We’re headed to Switzerland) and we thought this would be a great way to spend of limited time, but turns out it was a waste of money.

It's a last minute booking at 16:21 for 19:30 to 21:30. You came at 19:45 so 15 min late, you reply to me at 19:39, I waited you 15 min with engine on when it's really hot outside so not good for the engine, I can just put no show. You start the tour at Place de la Concorde with 15 min late and wanted to finish at your hotel near Eiffel Tower so obliviously I'm not gonna start with the principal landmark. And again because you showed late I skipped Montmatre. You booked 2h, you get 2h. I take picture at Notre-Dame, Pantheon, Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower. How do you speak about fact? I'm French so of course I have accent. How many language do you speak? Did I know about your wedding anniversary? No. And you book a tour in vintage car so the principal attraction it's the car.

I booked this tour for my elderly grandparents so they could see Paris from the comfort of a vehicle. They were pretty happy with the tour; the guide's English was a little difficult for them to understand, but they were able to see a lot and enjoyed the car. It is pretty pricey for the length of tour, but we did book it last minute and the guide picked them up from our AirBnB which made it very convenient. It was worth it for us to have someone drive my grandparents around and see a lot in a short amount of time, but I wouldn't do it under any other circumstances.

Really enjoyable tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of buildings and locations citing dates and names of people. Great way to see a large amount of Paris. LOVE LOVE LOVE the car we toured in! Is older so had to back up in a few places to make tight street corners but everyone noticed us in it! Locals and tourists. Could have used the black car which wouldnt need the extra space for turns, but I love the red one! Was a very comfortable car to be in. Our guide handled driving it very well. Never felt like we were gonna die like we did in a taxi, lol! For first time in Paris was a great way to see lots of places comfortably, safely and got great history lessons!

This was a wonderful experience! Not only did we get to see the highlights of Paris, but the car brings so much attention we felt like royalty.
Abi stopped the car at several locations and used our phone to take photos of us. He provided interesting information that a usual tour wouldn’t provide and took routes that only a local would be brave enough to attempt. We loved every minute.
This is not a sight-seeing tour with the usual information. This is an experience. If you want the encyclopedia/Google version, perhaps a big bus tour would better suit you. For us, we wanted to enjoy Paris and see the city in a different way. Abi and his amazing car provided that for us.

The dr8ver knew his information but with his window down we were getting a lot 9f gas fumes in the car. This gave me a headache. The champagne was good.
