I find this to be a scam

This was a real waste of almost $1,000. All the guy did was get us in the gate and move us to the front of the line. None of this was necessary. There was nothing provided that was above and beyond buying the tix ourselves in line. There was a “friend” of his there who actually bought the tix and got us up to the front. I don’t understand why we were charged $700 for this. He took photos with OUR camera phones and honestly his photos were not very good. This just feels like a big scam. I’d like a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, several points in this review do not accurately reflect the service provided. This was a private experience including pre-arranged Eiffel Tower access, dedicated assistance, coordination throughout the visit, and photography. The price therefore covered the complete private service and organization, not simply the cost of an admission ticket. The second member of our team was present for operational coordination. As this was a short-notice booking, the admission tickets had to be coordinated separately and handed over to the assigned guide to ensure the visit could proceed smoothly. Regarding the photographs, all photos are intentionally taken using the guests’ own phones for privacy and safety reasons. This is clearly stated in the tour’s listed inclusions. Our guide assists with taking photos using the guests’ devices; professional photography equipment is not part of the experience. We also strongly disagree with the characterization of the experience as a “scam.” Guests may feel that a service did not represent good value for them personally, but that is very different from suggesting that no service was provided. We remain confident that the service booked was delivered as arranged.

Antony Was A Great Driver!

Our driver Antony was outstanding!! He accommodated the changes we made to our tour. When our 2nd tour guide was late he communicated with them and got everything straightened out. He made sure we saw all of the sites that were important to us. When I shared I had a leg injury he made sure to park as close as possible to all stops and insured I didn't have to walk far to get into the van. He helped me get in and out of the van also. I plan to use him every time we visit Paris. I can highly recommend him!!
