I’m very disappointed

Maria_G, Jul 2026
I’m really sad, and my family too, we paid enough for have a good tour, the gay always on the phone, and was no more the 2 hours, last point was Mona Lisa and was by our self, I will never recommend it again, because my friend already maje a reservation thru you company

Affordable Disney

Lori_B, Jul 2026
While staying in Paris, we were able to take the RER A to Disney for about 5 Euros each and the cost to get in was just $100 (American) . Quite an affordable day trip if in Paris!

Julie_M, Jul 2026
Tickets were very easy to use with the Viator app! Disneyland Paris is accessible and a good day trip from Paris with kids - I probably wouldn't prioritize it if you have been or can easily get to the US Disney parks or if you have limited time in Paris. Otherwise, it is a lovely, fun day!

Just Disney

Ed_R, Jun 2026
Typical Disney. They split rides between two different parks to get you to have to buy more. They need to have more themed tee shirts that say Disneyland Paris for adults, but that’s a Disney problem, not Viator. Viator was its usual reliable source for tours.

Disneyland Paris was such...

Moha_A, Jun 2026
Disneyland Paris was such a magical experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, the park was well-organized, and there was so much to see and do throughout the day. Everything felt really special, and it’s definitely a place worth visiting whether you’re going with family, friends, or just for the experience itself. Would absolutely recommend it and would happily go again.

Fun & more afforable than the USA

Joy_P, Jun 2026
I came to Disneyland Paris for a solo trip. The tickets are way more affordable than the United States. I had a great time here ! Loved going to the ratatouille restaurant for dinner.

Just one queue after another

tony_f, Jun 2026
Queues for all rides are horrendous, even the ones for small children unless you are willing to pay through the nose for a fast pass so without doubt the best time to go is the middle on November when it's freezing cold pouring with rain and no one else wants to go!!! You will then be able to thoroughly enjoy the rides instead of spending the day standing in the sun trying to playcate your kids

Great

Hunter_E, Jun 2026
It’s smaller than Disneyland in Cali, but still amazing! They had amazing statues of characters, but maleficients dragon was closed when I went :(

Disneyland Paris

Christa_B, Jun 2026
The parks are relatively smaller than Orlando, Florida, but still enjoyable none the less. Que times are typically as noted for each ride, so be prepared to wait for popular rides. I love that the park is easily accessible via the Metro. Very convenient and clean

Fun day at Disney

Michelle_A, Jun 2026
We had never been to Disneyland Paris, we had a fun day and were able to do both parks in one day but we had the premier pass. If you are only doing one day I would recommend getting the extra pass.

disneyland food

Dottie_D, May 2026
i wasnt crazy about the food in the park. Visitors seemed to bring in sandwiches. Not many food options unless you book a restaurant

Wonderful Experience

Gerri_L, May 2026
It is an unbelievable great experience for the young and old. There is so much to see and do. One of my personal favorites was the Disney Parade, it is as if the Disney characters come alive. I look forward to traveling to Disney Paris to see the rest of what I didn't have time to see.

Disneyland Paris .... 1st visit ....

Elizabeth_M, May 2026
Once thru security, the Viator ticket ... we just zipped thru the main entry. The park was extremely crowded for a Wednesday; certainly more crowded than expected.

I bought a 2 day ticket...

lyndsey_B, May 2026
I bought a 2 day ticket through Viator because I had credit on my account. The Viator Tickets disappear from apple wallet after 1 day - just be mindful if you are standing at the entrance looking for your second day ticket! Disneyland is a rip off overall. Full price access but then everything is charged separately a fast pass. Que times are a NIGHTMARE! Queuing 30-40mins only to be told the attraction has broke down and is Out of service.

Memories with my parents

brenda_m, May 2026
I am 52 yrs old and we took my 80 yr old father and 78 yr old mother. We had a blast. They even rode Indiana Jones. Getting in was easy, and the staff was helpful. We did get the fast pass due to my parents can't stand for long periods of time.

Viator Great! Disneyland needs better planing.

Katerina_S, May 2026
Tickets worked perfectly! No issues with Viator. Very good, will use it again! Disneyland was nice but super busy! I was surprised, since there's no holidays or school breaks here. But I guess thats how it is. Maybe 2 days would have been better. Go see shows! They're great. Skip the Frozen ride. It sucks and you stand in line for over 90 minutes from the moment the park opens...

Fun filled day

Doris_A, Apr 2026
Excellent day filled with fun … all staff working at Disneyland made this day so memorable… definitely worth a visit

Never again

Annemarie_F, Apr 2026
The queuing was way too long, staff are rude, food being served is cold. They need more clear signs to places

Fun first time visit

Katja_W, Apr 2026
This was our first time visit to Disney Park Paris. Take a map at the entrance to get a good overview of all your destinations, you cannot get one inside the park. Alternatively use the App (Disneyland Park Paris). We thought there were too many shops and eateries in comparison to the rides/experiences offered. Some of the rides were closed in March. The new Frozen experience is located in Adventure Land not in Disney Park, we did not know that as online advertising was misleading, which caused disappointment. Wait times were between 5 to 50 min for rides in March. However, landscaping is amazing, so were most rides/experiences. We loved the parade and character experiences. For us, one day in Disney Park was not enough time to do everything due to wait times. If you want to avoid queues buy a Premier Pass, if your budget allows it. We would go again, but would sketch out a path of things to visit. Also, book a restaurant slot in advance, so you do not have to queue for one at peak times. You can do this as you pass them in the morning or online or in the App. They have allergy maps to help pick safe foods, which in our case made eating there easy. We took snacks and a lunch pack to eat while queuing. Keep bags light as you'll walk a lot with it. We came in from Paris by private driver cab for a fee of 80 Eur one way. We chose the cab to avoid late train travel with children after 10pm. You can get private cabs outside the gate but you must negotiate the price before setting off. Overall the vibe was fun and we enjoyed being there. We'll book again and include Adventure Land next time.

Disney in March

Mario_P, Mar 2026
Long lines but worth the wait. Long walks with so much to see. An amazing experience. March was a bit cold.

Elaine_T, Mar 2026
Fantastic day at disneyland parks. Easy to access. Great for all abilities. Best day out for all ages.

Disneyland Paris

Monica_B, Mar 2026
The Disneyland park closes at 9:00 pm. The closing night light show was awesome. Also, be aware that some big rides close at 3 pm. Other than that, everything was great.

We took the metro which...

Jean_L, Mar 2026
We took the metro which made this a very affordable day for both Disney Parks. Quite a few rides were closed for maintenance but it was still very much worth it.

Expected too much.

lisa_h, Mar 2026
If you are expecting the same type of experience as Orlando WDW you will be disappointed. Bring your own food and buy only snacks. People in crowded spots tend to push and shove and cut you off. I’m from the south of the US where we are considerate of others. Another issue was the cast member that seemed to have an issue w our president and treated my wife as if she was from a terrible place apologizing for Trump. Totally inappropriate.

Wonderful Disneyland Paris

Lori_K, Mar 2026
We had a fabulous time at Disneyland Paris. It was a rainy day and the line wait was 10 minutes for most rides.

Disneyland was a great...

Porscha_W, Mar 2026
Disneyland was a great experience. I wouldn’t go with a mindset of it being like the Disney world in the states because it’s definitely not on that level but we still enjoyed the experience.

Disneyland Paris is amazing.

Maria_F, Mar 2026
Disney is a happy and fun place for all ages. From the opening parade to the boat cruises to train rides to games etc etc etc. Everyone was enjoying themselves. It’s lots of walking, lots of waiting but lots of energy and entertainment. The staffers were friendly and helpful. And shops galore. Food everywhere. We loved the loaded Doritos. Glad I came. On my calendar to come again!

Outside of UK School Hols but not Paris and Surrounding Area

Jenny_C, Mar 2026
These tickets at the time worked out the cheapest, although I did find out afterwards that those with a disability can purchase cheaper tickets directly with Disneyland Paris. If disabled you can pre order a priority card for free with Disney that allows you and four friends to queue in the priority lane, instead of the main one for rides. We travelled in February outside of UK school holidays, but it was still the school holidays in the Paris area. I suggest you check when these are as France is split in 3 areas and each has an overlapping 2 week half term. However, in Feb, and the weather was beautiful, we didn’t have to wait around very much and managed all the rides we wanted to go on. My daughter has coeliac and Disney (including Paris) do not cater well for this at all, so take snacks and food with you.

Amazing Disney Park

s10blazerman4x4, Feb 2026
DLP will always be my favorite of the parks. They have the best version of small world, big thunder, phantom manor and pirates. The people here are amazing. Contrary to popular opinion, the food is good. Easy to get to and from on the Metro.

Visiting Disney Paris first time

Jean_I, Feb 2026
We enjoyed the grounds. Rides were great. Fast pass was way too expensive!!! Prices were good were pricey but not surprising for Disney. Did not see many characters walking around but maybe because off season. Entrance ticket was a fair price.
