We had a lot of fun taking the evening boat cruise! Ettore is a great captain and a very friendly guide, He gives right amount of commentaries along the way and makes sure we saw all the beauty along the river comfortably. Our family of three generations enjoyed the boat ride The sparkling Eiffel Tower will be in our memory forever!

Our time with Antonio was one of those experiences that made our trip to Paris feel truly special. He was our boat driver and captain, and from the moment we met him, he was so warm, personable, and genuinely excited to share his city with us.
We spent an hour and a half on his beautiful boat, enjoying the sunshine and taking in Paris from the Seine. On the way out, Antonio shared so many interesting stories and little pieces of information about the city that I never would have known otherwise. He pointed out restaurants we should try, neighborhoods to explore, and places we would have never noticed on our own.
What I loved most was that it never felt like we were simply being given a tour. It felt like Antonio was sharing his Paris with us. He clearly loves the city, and that came through in the way he talked about it.
Seeing Paris from the water was absolutely beautiful and gave us a perspective that most people never get to experience. We took some amazing photos, but more importantly, we made memories that we will carry with us long after we leave Paris.
Antonio, thank you for such a wonderful afternoon. We genuinely enjoyed spending time with you, and we feel very lucky that you were the person who showed us Paris from the Seine. I would recommend a boat tour with Antonio to anyone visiting Paris. It was truly one of our favorite experiences of the trip.

The private cruise allowed us to avoid the huge crowds on the larger boats. The communication leading up to the tour was perfect. I would highly recommend this tour.

What an experience! The highlight of our trip. You must see Paris from the river. Our boat captain Ettore was excellent. Very knowledgeable, fun and passionate about his city. We were with our family that ranged in age from 82 to 8 years old and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

Perfect Day 1 Experience! Family had a great time in the private boat ride while getting a tour of many of the amazing Paris attractions. We brought food and wine with us to make it even better. It was much more fun than those overcrowded, large boat rides that we rode past. Guide/driver was friendly and knowledgeable.

Our evening with Philippe was perfect from beginning to end. We arrived a little early, but he was still able to accommodate us. He provided cups, a wine/bottle opener, and one of the most memorable evenings. He was kind and informative and went above and beyond to make the evening truly special.
We had a great trip with our captain, Philippe. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information on the sites we passed by. We saw a lot of the larger tour boats on the river that were very crowded. This private tour is definitely worth the price just to have your own space! The best part was that Philippe offered to end a little late so we could be in front of the Eiffel Tower when it started to sparkle at 10:00. Highly recommend!

Ettore was a wonderful guide for this experience. We missed out on our original booking date due to being lost using the metro. However, Ettore allowed us to reschedule the next day as there was an available time. This accommodation was very nice of him! My family and I enjoyed our time with Ettore. We also brought pizza to enjoy while navigating the waters, but it was not cut. Ettore kindly offered a knife to slice the pizza as well as paper plates and napkins. All of his gestures really added to the greatness of this experience. Ettore was also very knowledgeable about the various landmarks that we cruised by and was very funny. Overall, I would book another tour with Ettore in the future the next time I am in the area.

I was very much looking forward to this private boat tour, as it was meant to be the kick-off to my father’s birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I was unable to board due to accessibility issues that were not made clear in advance. The tour description does not include any full pictures of the vessel, which made it difficult to assess whether boarding would be feasible. In reality, you are expected to step onto the narrow side of the boat and then down into it—a method that was simply not possible for my father given some mobility concerns. I read the description thoroughly before booking however the only restrictions listed were persons in a wheelchair, which does not apply to me or my group of 6. The operator did, however, acknowledge that this vessel was not accessible and attempted to see if there were other boats in the area that might be more accommodating, which further highlights that the vessel we were supposed to use was simply not suitable for those with mobility issues.
To make matters worse, in my correspondence with Viator, the operator claimed we "refused" to board, which contributed to Viator’s decision not to issue a refund or credit for the $597.38 paid. But the truth is, we had no safe or realistic option to board. Describing our inability to get on the boat as a "refusal" felt dismissive and unfair.
I tried to resolve this situation amicably, explaining the circumstances and asking for a fair resolution, but the operator and Viator has refused to offer any form of refund or credit. As someone who works in an industry dependent on reviews, I genuinely hate to write a negative review, but I feel it's important to share this for others who may have ANY accessibility needs.
If you or someone in your group has any mobility issues, even the slightest, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the boarding process before booking. I also noticed that there are other boat operators nearby with flatter, barge-style boats that appear to be much easier to board. If accessibility is a concern, it’s worth looking around to find an option that’s safer and more accommodating.
This experience ended up being a big disappointment at the start of what should have been a joyful occasion. I hope this feedback helps others avoid the same frustration. In addition, encourages the company to provide clearer information and consider accessibility more carefully in the future.

Such an incredible experience on the boat!! We booked the trip on the same day of long travel, and were unfortunately running late. Not only did they wait for us, they gave us the full tour! We went on a toasty June day and the boat was super cool and relaxing! The guide explained all big and small important areas in the city. We brought wine and snacks, they provided glasses and cork screw. Truly most incredible excursion of our trip!!

This private boat tour was amazing! There were 6 of us and we fit comfortably in the front of the boat. We booked the 8:30 pm sunset cruise. Our captain, Philip, gave us great commentary on the sights we passed along the river and on our way back, he ensured we were in a perfect spot to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at 10:00 pm. What an amazing sight! He offered to take pictures of us and recommended many beautiful photo ops along the ride. Highly recommend this tour!!!

If you are thinking of doing a river cruise, DO IT! This cruise was absolutely perfect, easy pick up and drop off instructions. The boat was wonderful and our guide had many great facts along the way. He ensured we had the best time, and was so attentive to us and the water conditions! 10/10 recommend!

Would have been a great tour if it was not as cold. We were freezing on the boat. However, it is a great ride and you get to see many Paris sights from the Seine river. Just need to do it when the weather is warm and it is sunny.

Amazing trip, we were late due to miscalculation walking in heat with little ones, but it wasn't a problem, exceeded all expectations. 6 adults and two children penty of room.
I ordered food and drink which was a lovely addition.
