- 2, 3, and 4 Multi-Day Tickets are valid for use on dates of visit selected at the time of booking (the dates of visit must be consecutive).

- Children's tickets are for kids aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive. In the event of minors (aged under 18) traveling alone, a written authorization form from parents or guardians will be necessary to access Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the parks.
- Please check each ride or attraction for the most up-to-date restrictions. Selected attractions require children to be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, certain attractions are subject to restrictions such as height, health, and physical conditions. Age restrictions may apply for access to certain facilities.

Quite expensive in the park, some attractions and shows were closed for the duration of the week, some closed on certain days. Those with continual long wait times require extra excessive costs to ride despite having paid for expensive entry tickets. Organisation pretty poor by cast members (too few) The crowds unmanaged for the fireworks display event led to some crushing as people all over the ground and blocking routes around the park for those trying to make their way around. This was a major H&S failing and could easily result in accidents!!
Overall not the customer experience you paid for when comparing with Florida parks and would question coming here again tbh.

We booked 2 days at Paris Disneyland for our 40th Anniversary on the 19th and 20th of March. We arrived in Paris late on the 18th and went to Disneyland on the morning of the 19th. On the morning of the 20th we were denied entry to Disneyland because Viator made an error and booked us for the 18th & 19th. It was not possible to reach VIATOR to correct their error and obtain the second day tickets that I purchased. It has been a very disappointing experience.

Great weekend, but lots closed or under refurbishment and I think it's wrong to charge full price when there is so much unavailable and the parks are significantly restricted.
No indoor seating for food unless you are in an expensive restaurant which is ridiculous for Paris weather in winter! Disney studios and Village most affected by closures. However, lots of rides closed frequently throughout the weekend

Paid for two day tickets. Everything fine on first day but when we tried to enter on the second day we couldn't get in. Viator had the activity down as "completed" so we could no longer access our tickets and as it was a Sunday we were told there was nothing more could be done and l could apply for a refund. There was a large group of us who travelled from Scotland to celebrate a family members birthday. What a disaster & disappointment

The QR code worked perfectly for the 1st day we had paid for a 3 day pass but the next day it had disappeared? Lucky my partner had seen this happen to someone else and had uploaded the passes on the Disney park app and it was still there so we could still use it for the extra 2 day we had paid for

Anyone wishing to book through viator don't the customer service is absolutely shocking, flights cancelled when we arrived at airport phoned them as soon as asked to change disneyland ticket dates absolutely no help what so ever were not interested in the slightest got the phone hung up on me twice had to end up paying the same amount again or we wouldn't have got in the park complete shambles and will never book with them again what a disgrace of a company.

It was seamless to access Disneyland Paris with pre-purchased tickets from Viator. Load tickets in the app, connect to the free park wi-fi, and you are good to go. Highly recommend using the app to easily see show times, attraction wait times and more. Christmas at Disneyland is special with certain holiday shows, decorations and food. If flexible, try going early December mid-week for a quieter experience. Crowds definitely picked up by Thursday.

Always download your tickets with barcodes to books or a file because this is the most stupid of apps, the first day works fine after that the barcodes disappear and you cannot get in to the parks

Everything worked fine the first day, but the second day we tried instead of being able to see the barcodes all we had was a button to write a review, we held up the queue to get in to Disney while I had to find where I had saved copies, luckily I had saved them to Books so we could get in but even the girl on the gate said that Viator were always doing this
If they want good reviews then they need to wait until after the fact, and not disrupt the holiday

Great 2 days at Disneyland.star wars ride was our favourite. We had a long time to wait for spider man this time was a lot more than was indicated at the start over 95 minutes

No issue buying the tickets or using them on day one. HOWEVER there are no instructions telling you to print them or screen shot them and on day two of the booking they had been marked as completed and couldn't be accessed in the app. This led to delays getting it sorted (had to phone the UK) and ate into park time as well as causing young person stress. Disney can't help as the tickets aren't logged in their system.
