What an extraordinary experience learning about the history of Montmarte and its vibrant community strength along with the unique value and care the French hold for the highest quality of fresh foods and nurturing well-being through these. The walking and eating tour identifying how to recognize the highest quality and enjoying shining examples of that . Including the delicious tasting menu served to us by Chef PJ and his sister at their restaurant Le Petit Moulin. During the shared meal Chef PJ provided a master class in wine - how to best enjoy it, how to taste it fully, how to serve it and encouraging all to find their favorites. Truly an unforgetable, enlightening experience...I have already recommended to many. Bravo! Merci!
