Viator never sent me a ticket with barcode which they validate at the entrance. We had to wait at the counter and call viator, then they asked me to wait for another 25 mins and finally received it by email. 2pm tour I had to go in at 3:15pm!

The place is magnificent, but getting tickets with children is pointless because you still need tickets for the children and thus have to wait in line. So there is no point in buying them on the app.
