While in Paris, we took four tours and this was our favorite! Luiz was friendly, accommodating and informative. This tour is a can't miss! The Burgundy region is beautiful and the hamlets vey quaint. You will be fascinated by the history of wine making in France. Luiz took us to three small villages/wineries, and we had lunch in a beautiful old restaurant/winery.Lunch was delicious! The wine cave is unbelievable and the owner told us the winery has been in his family for centuries!

Lovely way to spend your day. Our guide Louis (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very knowledgeable and gave the tour a very personalized feel. Loved Irancy and Chablis and the opportunity meet Anita and Jean Pierre of Colinot winery and get private tour of their 400 year old cellars and operation.

Great tour guides who spoke english. Enjoyed the variety of wineries in the region from small to big and got tours of the cellars and operations.

My husband and I really enjoyed our day out of the city of Paris. Our tour group was small which made the experience feel more personal meeting all the wine makers. Luiz was very knowledgeable about all the wine and the history of Chablis and Burgundy. We love wine tasting but we were shown first hand how the art of wine brings people together.

What a fun wine tour day trip from Paris! Luiz is very knowledgeable and took us to 3 wineries in different Burgundy locations. He provided so much information about the wines of this area.
He made sure everyone on the tour had a great time. This was definitely a tour I would recommend to others wanting to experience a taste of Burgundy wines.

Tour was amazing. We visited 3 vineries which were all very beautiful and interesting, tasted a lot of delicous wines.
It was very warm and friendly atmosphere. We met with very good friends there, Linda and Alan.
Tur guide Leo is very kind and sympathic with wide knowledge about the wines. Beside of that, we had many historical information about the area from him.

My husband and I went on this wine tasting tour on our last day in Paris and it was the perfect way to cap our trip. The drive to the Burgundy was easy, the tastings were wonderful and all offered a lovely sampling of the area. Louis was a very knowledgable host, and he took us to smaller venues that showcased the history of the region. This was such a special day, thank you so much!

This was AMAZING! It was our favorite part of our trip! We had a little glitch and our original booking wasn't able to work due to not enough booking for the day we wanted to go. Thankfully we had other free days during our stay in Paris and were able to make it work out. Luis was the absolute best! We were running a little late to get to the pick up but Luis but he patiently waited for us. We were in a small group with just one other couple so the van was quite comfortable. We made it out to Chablis and had a wonderful time. Luis bought us all these wonderful cheese pastries to make sure we were nice and full for the wine that came ahead of us. Then we went out into a vineyard to take in the sights and learn history. Next we started our day of wine tasting! We went and explore incredibly old wine caves for the 9th century and tasted several different Chablis wines. Then we made our way out to a different village where we got to quietly see it and taste at Clos de Roi which is a local producer, which happened to also be the wine makers home. First we tasted wine straight from the barrel. Then the wine maker made us a lovely lunch of cheeses, breads, and jam to eat while enjoying our tasting the finished wines all over again. Being able to see and taste the difference was so much fun! Our final stop was in Irancy where we met the most eccentric wine maker of them all! The wines were amazing, and his space was so interesting! Our final stop was at a beautiful vista where we enjoyed a bottle of wine for the group while taking in the views. Overall we LOVED our time with Luis, he is very knowledgeable, yet humble and showed us the best time. If we are ever in France again we will certainly go on one of his wine tours again! If you are thinking about doing it, you definitely should!

This was a great tour. Luis is the perfect tour guide. Learned a lot about the entire process of making wine from the fabulous region, as well as some history of each of the villages visited. The three wineries visited, provided a wonderful selection of wines to taste. The break for lunch was in a nice winery overlooking a beautiful old church.

This was the trip of a lifetime! Our driver, Luiz, was a wine enthusiast, and his passion showed.
After a 2-hour van ride, we arrived in Chablis--a quaint area free from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Our first tour/tasting was at William Favre. Following that, Luiz surprised us with a drive to a picturesque hilltop, and a bottle of wine to share amongst the tour group.
We then ate lunch and had another tasting in a wine-maker's home. Our third and final tasting was below ground, in a wine cellar built by the Knights Templar.

We would highly recommend this to tour to anyone who loves wine or is interested in learning about Chablis and North burgundy. We first visited the cute village of Chablis where Luiz bought us delicious cheese croissants and coffee. We then had three separate wine tastings at different wineries in different small villages. Each were unique in their own way and had delicious wine. The tour really gives you a feel for the French countryside and is a nice diversion from Paris. We will definitely contact Luiz the next time we visit Paris. We would love to go on another one of his tours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Chablis/Burgundy Tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The morning started with a drive to the Chablis region where we stopped for a drink and a pastry that was unique to the region. From there he took us to the vineyards and to 3 different wineries. There was even a lunch included. Overall I highly recommend this tour and our guide was perfect.
