Very unprofessional people. Driver (Inayat shah) arrived half hour late. Mr. Naveed G. (I guess owner of the business) called me stating that he has “added a guide in my tour because of driver being late. Actually I booked a “private guided tour”. Once driver arrived (half hour late) then spent another 20 minutes trying to find our guide. Our driver was driving rough, he was having difficulty in finding places, even our guide end up saying that it takes her half an hour to drive to these places and do tour. Two hours that Mr. Naveed G. gave us, we spent driving around, finding places. In the end we end up saying that it’s Ok, we don’t want to see any more places.

We would like to respectfully clarify that special arrangements were made to accommodate your request for an Urdu-speaking driver, which contributed to the delay in dispatch on a particularly busy day. In addition, during the tour there were several discussions regarding which locations to visit, and the itinerary changed multiple times as per you and your family's request, which also affected the overall flow and timing of the experience. Despite these challenges, our team made every effort to assist and ensure that you could still make the most of your time in Paris.
