Dominic was our guide, he was fabulous and informative, he made sure we had all transportation and tickets for excursions; he spoke english which made it easier; the tour was quick and easy and he gave us time to explore streets and shop

Capri was beautiful. We enjoyed going to Anacapri to see the magnificent views. It was incredibly hot, which is no one’s fault, but curtailed some our sightseeing. We didn’t have time to do the Blue Grotto experience, but the boat ride around the island was cool and pleasant. They even backed the boat into some caverns, with was both a surprise and delight.

Our tour guide Domenico did a great job in coordinating the needs and different schedules of 4-5 different groups, however this didn't provide much time to visit. We had more time in Anacapri (2 hours), which also allowed to take the chairlift to the top of Monte Solaro and take pictures, and some time to visit the town with magnificent views over Marina Grande. Next Capri, we had just 20 minutes for the piazzetta and surrounding area, and then headed to the Blue Grotto tour. This is were our guide left, probably to assist other groups, without information. About an hour later we were invited by someone to board the boat, and asked for tickets, which we didn't have. At the grotto, there was no information either, we waited for almost an hour before our 3 minutes visit of the grotto, not before paying cash for the fee (provided by our guide before he left, as part of the tour). Once back, Domenico joined us to allow to board the boat back to Napoli.

Capri is a must do!!! The most beautiful island!!!

The excursion is a must do, enjoyed it immensely. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to help accommodate his needs. We were coming from a cruise ship and they made sure we got back on time!!!! Went out of their way to give us peace of mind. Fabrezzio was amazing and lived the beautiful island of Capri.

Do not pass up this amazing tour!

My daughter and I were disappointed that our cruise ship did not offer an excursion to Capri so we booked this trip/tour on our own. The island is beautiful! Do not pass this excursion/tour up. The guides made sure to get us back to our ship on time and centered the tour around what each family/couple wanted to see! We were able to take a boat tour of the entire island and ride the chair lift in a fabulous day!

This was a mother son operation and I have to say it was amazing. The port was insanely busy and she kept checking on us to make sure we arrived and would not leave anyone behind. Dominic spoke 5 languages perfectly. The tour up to Anacapri was breathtaking and the blue grotto spectacular. Would book again

The boat and land cruise were very good, however the schedule made us very nervous as we got back to the ship past the boarding time by just a few minutes.. Fortunately gangway was still open due to a Celebrity excursion being late.

Most expensive tour I've taken and the least enjoyable. Tour suggested jet sky transportation . We just loaded on the same ferry as everyone else. Told us we would see Blue grotto but apparently it was not available ... so compensated us for a 30 euro tour with a 8 euro chairlift . How is that fair?? Also I checked with the operator and they said it was going and for 30 euros they'd take me out. Questionable ethics ???Took the ferry back suggested by the tour guide and didn't get back till after boarding time. very scary and sad !! We did have some bad weather but so they could have taken some precautions. Supposed to have an English tour guide but shared with a Spanish tour going on as well. Hard to understand.Very busy on the island and it was very rushed and confusing. I'm sure if Rick Steves suggested this tour it was not the tour we took .

Hello Kim im sorry if you came in Capri and the weather was not good We gave you a compensations the chairlift price is €15 per person and not €8 maybe you made a mistake about the cable car We took the fast ferry €50 per person, and not slow ferry also you took the boat tour Im sorry about the weather it wasn't our fault I suggest you next time to pay attention on the forecast and make the cancellation 24 hour before that the tour start and the company will give you back the entire ammount Also the tour was in English and Spanish(its written) It is a shared tour. Next time you can take a private tour Maybe could be better for you Price more expensive of course. Thanks Again

Amazing day in Capri

We had an amazing trip to Capri from our cruise ship on a tour with two brothers as our guides! Our guides were super organized and knowledgeable. We met our guides right off the ship and took a ferry to Capri to spend the day. Our first stop to Anacapri via bus was so fun on the “Mama Mia” highway! The views up the hill were incredible! Once we arrived, we had free time for the chair lift as well as a quick lunch and limoncello tasting! Next we were off to the Blue Grotto which was gorgeous and a once in a lifetime experience! Finally we did a boat trip around the island which is simply not to be missed! The captain of our boat was so knowledgeable and made the experience memorable for my husband and I (our teenage kids somehow fell asleep on the boat). The day went by too fast and I wish we had more time but our guides fit so much into the tour and we have great memories of our trip! A word of advice, bring plenty of cash as most places on Capri prefer it and you want to be able to buy plenty of delicious drinks and snacks as well as grab beautiful mementos from your trip!

I feel like the post of this tour is rather ambiguous. I thought it would be boat based once arriving at Capri and we would have access to buses to see certain parts of we wanted (chairlift, gardens, etc.) It was mainly on land with the last hour on a boat to go see the grottos. Our meeting time was at @ 8:30. Upon arrival, we had to wait for them to round everyone up and after that is when they purchased tickets for a ferry at 9:10. The ferry took an hour to get to Capri so it was approximately 10:10 when we got there. Once off the ferry, we were sent to buses where we boarded and rode to Anacapri. We were given about 1.75 hrs to explore on our own once walking the the square (where chairlift is) We decided to do chairlift and a gentleman who was with the tour company kindly got us tickets and was able to get us through most of the line by doing so. Thank you again, we appreciated that! I wish we were able to spend a little more time at the top of Anacapri but it was beautiful! Afterwards, we were put back on the bus to go down to Capri, where we walked around more as Anna told us the history of Capri. She then gave us the option to spend an hour in the main square or walk with her to continue viewing Capri. We elected to stay in the square. Again, we thought this would be mainly boat based and didn’t care about a lot of what we were seeing. Finally, we went on a smaller boat to do our tour to the grottos- best part of the trip! I do wish we had time to stop and swim because it was a very hot day, but I was excited to finally see what we came for. All in all, Anna was very knowledgable about the island of Capri. There were definite moments of frustration for her where she came off a little abrasive to certain guests but I think she did her best to keep things moving along even thought it got slightly disorganized. Side note-you may be split from your group if you’re a larger group for bus rides. We all meet back up again and it’s nothing to be worried about. If you care to know about all of history within the island/ walking all over the island, with a leisure boat ride at the end, this tour is for you!

Anna and her team were great! Anna and gang made sure we all understood meeting points and meeting times. Anna’s commentary made us laugh and she’s very knowledgeable! i would highly recommend this tour! The island itself was super crowded with tourists but our guides kept our group all together and made sure we got around and saw everything. The Blue Grotto was closed due to high tides but the views were still incredible.

Capri is a small island and the Bus are always 22 boat are always 60 restaurants are too busy and we are Obligated to stay in line a lot I suggest you for the future come in capri in October and you will have the best schedule of the services Sorry again Anna

Fabrizio and Dominico were great!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The views were fabulous and the one way road to the top was very interesting. i will recommend this tour to everyone. Shame we could not go to the Blue Grotto because we were afraid of missing the ship departure time; but they said they will refund the money for that part of the tour; if they do nothing will be more perfect. My family and I are very satisfied.

I would not recommend this tour for anyone coming from a cruise ship. There isn't adequate time to allow to see everything because of the numerous transfers.

We always receive top rewiews from our customers and really we tried to understand what might have gone wrong with your visit. The only answer possibile is that we should never have acepted a Booking from a Norwegian cruise passengers since your cruise Line do not allow enough time in Naples to really visit much and not certenly a tour to the Island of Capri . The need of being back on board at 16.00 Made it difficult to relax and spend time dicovering the island at your pace. Our mistake to accept your booking and I would advise to elect an other cruise company for Naples visits Im sorry but it is not our fault I suggest you to read how long time you need to visit before to make the reservation Sincerely Anna

Keep in mind this is a diversified excursion with many parts and it’s possible to encounter Anna, the mother, as well as her two sons. They are trying to accommodate multiple languages and schedules, as well as traffic in a small, touristy, crowded resort area on an island/mountain! Be patient and go with the flow. The Blue Grotto does not disappoint. Think of this tour as a great Italian adventure!

Fabrizio is a wonderful story teller. We enjoyed every moment. The boat tour around the island was fantastic. We also greatly enjoyed the chair lift to the top of the island. Capri is gorgeous. We would not have enjoyed it as much if not for Fabrizio and Dominico.

We had a great day with our tour guide. He and his brother orchestrated our ferry ride to Capri and wrangled the buses so we could see the island. Then managed a boat ride around the island before heading back to port. Without them, it would have been very difficult to manage all of it alone and not speaking Italian.

We really enjoyed the trip to Capri, and the tour guide (I'm really sorry I don't remember his name) was very kind, helpful, and great at his job. He easily maneuvered plans when the blue grotto wasn't open and always had a bus ready for us. Easily the most care-free way to see everything on this absolutely stunning island.

Amei muito o passeio, porém a organização deixou a desejar um pouco, ficamos muito tempo no porto de Nápoles esperando o grupo, passou um pouco do horário previsto e faltou tempo para eu conhecer o centro histórico de Capri, porém eles são muito cuidadosos em esperar todos da excursão e não deixar ninguém para traz, motivo pelo qual acabou atrasando o passeio, mas de extrema compressão.
