Enthusiastic knowledgable guide, humorous, took care to answer questions well paced, fave local tips
Alex was knowledgeable and engaging. We acquired an excellent overview of Munich's history and culture. We recommend a walking tour with Alex to anyone that's interested in gaining a better understanding of the city's origin, past, and present.
Friends did this the day before with 11 people total and enjoyed it. We had 37. Could not hear the guide could not feel engaged with the tour. My mistake I thought I had booked a small group tour. The 4 others I booked were small groups much better experience.

This was a great walk through old town Munich. Bridget gave us lots of information. She spoke loudly and clearly and was easy to understand.
The tour was fantastic. Covered a lot of topics and our guide, Patricia, was easy to understand and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

He was personable & approachable however due to extremely hot weather we felt it was too long.

A great way to learn about Old Town Munich and get in a little exercise with a very knowledgeable guide
Karl was our guide and It was very informative. Exactly 2.5 hours. About 3 km walk total so it was not hard at all.

We really enjoyed our walking tour. Our guide, Bernie, was so nice and full of great information. He kept it interesting and we learned a lot about the history of each of the stops we made. We saw a lot and our whole family of five had a lot of fun - even though it was really cold day. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic way to get oriented - do this first day and then you know which places to revisit . It was freezing during winter so bundle up but the town sites are amazing .
You will love this walking tour. It is a perfect introduction to Munich. We did it on Christmas Day when everything was shut down. Worth the experience to get to know the city and see beautiful sights. The woman was really nice! Definitely go for it.
There were 20 people on our tour so make sure to stand closer to hear the tour guide.

Good information on the history of Munich in the Old Town area. Just the right length of time and easy walking. Tour company was accommodating when my wife fell ill the night before the tour and allowed us to change to the following day despite it being after the 24 hour change/cancel window.
Easy to understand, and was always open to new questions and ideas of interest. Great energy! Highly recommend.

Jean was awesome! The weather was rainy but he made sure we still made the most of it. We were able to learn so much about the history of Munich, noting the past and learning about the cultural present day Munich. We had a big group, but he made sure everyone was always able to hear and he took the time to connect with each of us, which made it very memorable. He also took the time to send us recommendations for the next part of our trip. I would highly recommend this tour and Jean!!
Great tour full of useful and interesting and entertaining information covered most of the important sites in the center of Munich. I highly recommend! The tour guide Alex was awesome!
Really happy with all aspects of this tour.
I chose this one specifically because it mentioned that you will learn some history of Munich - which I did. There is a lot to know about the city and its past and our guide was full of knowledge. When other people in the group asked a question, our guide went deeper into the history which shows he really does know his stuff!
The tour route was great and gave an overview of the highlights of Munich old town. The tour was entirely within the old town which meant there wasn't too much walking. The amount of time was just over 2 hours which I think is the perfect length of time, any more would be too much, any less not enough.
At the end of the tour the guide welcomed any questions and gave me a great restaurant recommendation.
Tip: I would recommend to wear sunglasses if it is a sunny day. I forgot mine and there was a lot of looking up at buildings, meaning I had to squint a lot of the time.
Excellent way to start off our visit to Munich! Patrick was a friendly, knowledgeable guide. The tips we were given helped us further explore the city and have an amazing time! We were glad we took the tour.
Alex was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide (and from Munich), open to lots of questions and covers Munich through all the ages (including dark times), customs, food and of course beer!
