A bit of confusion at first. I did not realize you had to go to ticket office to obtain tokens for entry - having tickets is not enough. Ticket office is located ~5 min. drive from Cloud Forest entrance. Thank goodness we had a very nice driver who took us back to the office to get the tokens. Did not have the guide we were supposed to be with. Again, confusion about who we were supposed to be with because I did not receive notice from the originally assigned guide. Once our group was assembled, it was an enchanting walk through the Cloud Forest observing flora & fauna. Highlight was spotting the Resplendent Quetzal at the end of the walk! Our guide, Jose, was very animated & engaging, which added to the fun in this adventure.
