Highly recommend Justin! He was very responsible with all the logistics and meeting details. He has a deep passion for nature and shared his knowledge seamlessly in English and Spanish. We were especially impressed by his patience and skill in spotting elusive birds in the dense forest. An unforgettable experience!

Justin was an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very accommodating guide who was very engaged and eager to share information about the flora and fauna of the cloud forest. He was wonderful even as we misunderstood where we were to meet up for the tour. As we stated to Viator, the ticket voucher should have had all details on its face since it was difficult to sort through all tour emails to unearth needed information at the time of the tour. Since we had lost time in meeting up, Justin invited us to join his next group so we could have the complete experience. We cannot say enough about his care and problem-solving on our behalf, in addition to his subject knowledge.
